We came as a family, 5 people with a small child. The problems began with the check-in, when they booked one room for adult children separately for us. In the children's room, there was one large bed and a sofa in an attachment, they did not want to change us. When we entered the room, the floor was dirty, at our request.

Every day, as a test, we lived on the 4th floor. Solution to the problem: they suggested spraying with dichlorvos. Further food: terrible and not tasty, there is absolutely nothing to choose, despite the huge selection. All with an unpleasant aftertaste, the wine is not clear how mixed. Bad, rude service. Our requests were fulfilled through force, they came up several times with problems. The first time we met this, this "best" hotel pulls in a good 3 somewhere in Cyprus, Crete or anywhere else. Never come here.
