We went to Tunisia (two adults, one child) with a great mood for relaxation, a 3 * hotel, so what, we thought that excesses in comfort were not so important, but everything turned out to be JUST A NIGHTMARE !!!
I'll start with the pluses, there are not many of them. This is a huge green area of the hotel (though dirty) and close proximity to the beach. That's it, there are no more pluses.
We arrived from the airport to the hotel happy and satisfied that we would finally visit Tunisia, but then the truth of life began. In the first room, in which they tried to accommodate us, there was water to the bone and the walls were all covered in fungus and damp. The answer to my request to change the room was (about half an hour) one: there are no available rooms and in general you got an excellent room. Then there was a room in the basement with one bed (for three), of course we refused, later the administrator directly said: for the money I will find you a room, the guide confirmed that everyone, as a rule, pays extra $ 10. We were taken to a room on the 2nd floor, it doesn’t look bad room. The administrator said 10 is not enough, give me 20 dollars. Well, we, delighted that we finally have a haven, paid him these 20 dollars. It turned out that in the room (for which we were required to pay extra !!! ! and the administrator immediately changed after our entry) the air conditioner does not work, it does not matter, we thought they would repair it. But after the repair, it was just somehow brought in, it became just scary. For half an hour of work, half a bucket of water ran from it and from the wall near it (the maid gave a bucket), towels were laid on the floor and everything that they saw, go through it was simply not possible along the corridor. The master came, I think for the sake of appearance, as an answer to our applications, almost every day, cut a hole in the ceiling from which it flowed even more and that was it, that is, it was raining from the air conditioner, walls, ceilings, everything around was wet all our stay at the hotel. Naturally, there were no empty rooms. By the way, good numbers are only for Tunisians and Germans, Russians and Ukrainians are an inferior race for them, over which you can scoff and scoff, because we count money and bargain.

We decided that we would stay in the room as little as possible and not notice this discomfort. But, as it turned out, in order to relax comfortably on the beach, you also need to pay. for the mattress), takes all the places on the beach with his rags and says that everything is occupied, but if you want to pay a place, and under the umbrella in general a VIP place, and it is expensive, but at the same time, for Tunisians not from this hotel, everything is free and sunbeds, and umbrellas, and for Russian tourists from the hotel there is a place on the sand. He starts cleaning on the beach at 10 in the morning, when the beach is full of people, and he rakes garbage and sand and he doesn’t care that you are sunbathing here, you are not his nationality. We took places on the beach at 5 o'clock in the morning, so he cursed with us and tried to take away the sun loungers, but we know that we should not pay for this.
In order to spend less time in this terrible hotel, we tried to walk around Hammamet.
In general, I will say this, Tunisia as a country can and should be visited, it is very interesting and informative, but staying at the Furati 3 * hotel is dooming yourself to constant hassle. By the way, all the bad reviews about this hotel are true.
