We were in this hotel last year, in general, we were more or less satisfied and decided to return again. The child had good memories of dancing with animators and we fell for his requests to go there. This was a mistake as the service deteriorated and the price increased. The fact that the hotel is shabby and with a bunch of technical faults (non-working plumbing in some rooms), we have known since last year. It's a pity that absolutely nothing has improved. We got the same number as last year, so, you won’t believe it, but the bidet, as it was only with boiling water, no cold water at all, remained the same! For a whole year they could not fix it! God spared us with problems during check-in, but many of ours were not lucky - they were settled by two or three families (I emphasize, this is not a joke and not a slander! ) in one room, motivating by a lack of places, and, a day later, they were generally sent to another hotel . The people were just shocked. The food became more primitive and monotonous, and for a couple of days in a row they were given just rotten salads. The staff got lazy and insolent. Cleaning was not every day, even regular tips did not help. Without a tip, no one will move at all, but even they are not a guarantee of good service. On the beach, the staff threw off the towels of our tourists from the most convenient places, freeing them for the nemchura and frankly rude to the Russians. At the pool with children, a middle-aged German aunt was sunbathing topless. The guests were indignant, but the staff did not react in any way. Animator Dido cursed the child with a foul language. Our tourist was robbed at a massage at the spa. On the beach, the nut dealer also offered any kind of drugs! Complained to the hotel manager - to no avail. The price compared to last year has risen by almost 80%. Even if we ignore the human factor, the hotel is simply not worth that kind of money. Most of all, it resembles an old Soviet sanatorium in its worst manifestation, filthy and peeling. Yes, the area is very green, and the beach is good. But in Hammamet, all the beaches are very good. The only conclusion is that we will not go there again and do not recommend it to others.
