Dear readers who dream of a good holiday, I want to warn you against choosing this hotel.
Our stay at this hotel was so uncomfortable that it is difficult to name any individual shortcomings in the hotel. EVERYTHING is bad! I have been to many places and lived in different ways, but after such an experience, I earned myself the fear of finding myself at least once in a similar place.
The hotel itself looks like an old Soviet hospital hospital - inside everything is in light paint with stains. The furniture in the rooms (we survived as many as 2), and in the lobby, and in the dining room - old, with scratches, chips, peeling off the coating. Sofas are dirty.

The first room to which we were sent upon arrival at night was called by them "bungalow". The "bungalow" in this hotel is a barn-like extension with extremely low ceilings (it was cramped for us 3 petite girls) with the same dumb, hastily painted walls and a window boarded up with old boards (! ) . The second small window overlooked a vacant lot with weeds, some construction equipment and garbage.
You can imagine our shock at the sight of this dwelling. We immediately contacted the reception and met another 5-6 Russian-speaking people there, who were also shocked by their rooms. The receptionist, who half an hour ago chatted with me in French (I speak this language perfectly), suddenly suddenly stopped understanding it, as well as English. Attempts to solve something lasted until one in the morning, when a representative of the hotel owner came out and promised that we would be resettled in the morning. We were really resettled, only not in a day or two, but almost a week later - in a room with a non-working old TV on the 3rd floor of the main building. It was incomparably better, although it was also far from our idea of a 3-star hotel. We stayed there until we left.
We were fed disgustingly all this time. And I'm not talking about personal preferences in food. The food is extremely scarce. There are very few fruits, sweets, side dishes. Drinks are almost non-existent. Yuppies and tea bags. We bought absolutely all the water and juices ourselves. The main breakfast menu is a cake (every day they almost ate only it, because no one got poisoned by it, unlike other positions), some extremely oily croissants, cereal, rarely a little sausage or ham, reminiscent of paper, sometimes watermelon, unripe apricots or melons. From drinks - yuppies, teas (we drank chamomile), coffee.
At lunch - it is not clear what stewed vegetables are floating in oil, cheap fried fish, sometimes potato wedges. For dessert - a fruit salad made from half-eaten fruit for breakfast, sometimes cakes (they were delicious). One of the shocks of the rest was for us rot in a container of stew, lying at the very bottom. After that incident, it became scary to eat there at all something for lunch.
Dinner - everything that was not consumed at lunch. Again - a lot of stale products mixed with something fresher.

Only once there was some kind of evening party in the hotel and there was delicious food: grilled meat, various sweets, cakes. It seems that this was timed to coincide with the arrival of the owner of this establishment, who, by the way, is not at all interested in his affairs. We, the guests, did not arrange such a holiday again.
The staff at the hotel is uneducated and obnoxious, 90% young Arabs digging into every moving female. It was considered normal to pester even eating girls. However, as the result was shown by forays into the city and excursions to other cities of Tunisia - this importunity, arrogance and lustfulness are the hallmark of the country.
The hotel has a swimming pool. It doesn’t matter if they clean it, Arab women often swim in it right in the clothes in which they came, once the water was slightly stained from the pink skirt of one of them. Children who drank water were repeatedly poisoned.
The territory is unkempt. Go to the beach along a dusty, muddy road, where cars often rush at full speed (from which you will hear hooting and whistling) and there are almost no footpaths. You walk through the dust - all your shoes are dirty - you fight off harassment. Several times we were surrounded, it was scary. You can, of course, get to a mini train (yes, similar to those for an attraction for kids), only you need to wait for it and then plan all your time according to the traffic schedule. Walk from the hotel to the beach - 15 minutes. By train - 5-7 to the hotel (another building near the coastline).
Caribbean Beach is the usual. Lots of camels and clingy traders with necklaces and bracelets, even if you're lying down and sleeping. There is a lot of excrement because of the camels. They are removed, but without much diligence. Often they are covered with sand and an unpleasant surprise can happen. The sea is normal. Very long entry, the children will be comfortable.
Sometimes there were animations of the average level of lousyness.

Overall the hotel is a junk that rides out on what used to be positive reviews. No one does it, the owner stupidly sucks out all the money that can be sucked out. Employees are not just indifferent, but unfriendly. There was a case when one of the waiters during lunch began to shout and wave his arms at a French woman, who, in his opinion, "ugly scattered" food over the container. They do not respond to requests. The broken lock in the door, because of which it was impossible to close it, was repaired for 4 days ! ! The interiors of the hotel are really depressing, it feels like you are in a dumb hospital. Moreover, the floors are full of lizards crawling along the shabby ceilings.
The linen is changed through the stump of the deck, washed to dullness, but we came across without stains. They feed dumb and become afraid for their lives.
The only definite plus of the hotel - during my stay in it, my weight reached the lowest point in my entire adult life! I have never been so skinny. However, this is not surprising when you eat almost nothing for lunch and dinner.
Not only do I not recommend it, but I actually discourage you! Itself not a foot and none of the Russian-speaking, resting with us - too.
