We rested at the hotel from July 2 to July 9.2012. This was our first trip abroad, we bought cheap vouchers ($ 829 for two for 7 nights all inclusive). We arrived at the hotel at about 12.00. At 18:00 we were put into our rooms. the room is a small cattle stall with dirty linens, no pillows, towels, soap, toilet paper, lights, and air conditioning not working. we were given room 474. we had a drain from the washbasin and bathroom. we lived in a swamp. the next day we blocked the reception. 11 people were on strike. although if it weren’t for our calls to News Travel, we would have achieved absolutely nothing. they simply don’t react to Russians and Ukrainians there. in general. after standing for 4 hours at the reception, we were given a number that was stated on the hotel website. we had room 7. when we were settled there, the grimy who carried our suitcase said that numbers only for Germans.
Room cleaning: they cleaned the room every day. washed the floors with our foot towel, took away our toilet paper (which we brought from home), and on the 3rd day of the holiday, the cleaning lady stole our toothpaste....
Nutrition: 80% of the dishes are spicy, so spicy that it’s impossible to take it in your mouth. Every day there was meat of dubious origin: either lamb, or beef 40 years old, or camel meat - you’ll understand, but it didn’t chew at all....there was always turkey, which we chewed for 7 days... there is absolutely nothing to feed the children, although the hotel is declared as a family hotel. there were always queues for plates, forks and glasses in the dining room. there were also problems with napkins.

Animation: ha-ha-ha! This is not animation, but a circus of disabled epileptics. Every day 5 songs of the same ones and in a circle, in a circle, we thought on the 6th day - we will be foolish!
Bottom line: for no money, never in your life, even if you are offered money for a hotel - DO NOT GO !!!!!! ! do not waste your nerves and time on this viper !!!!!!!!!!! ! !!!!!!!! !
