I went to 3 * with my husband and friends, this is understandable, but not in a room without a toilet, light, hot water and air conditioning, I just keep quiet about bed linen and the door to the room does not close. They call it a bungalow. We were not alone there with such a problem, we gathered 11 people, all from Ukraine, and went to the director, the answer was that there are no places or you live or not. We spent the whole day in the lobby of the hotel. Even the money did not help, they first took $ 20 from us, then another $ 20, but there was no result. During this day we changed 3 rooms, one more beautiful than the other. It seems they gave the room an old one, but there is water and air conditioning. I thought that the problems were over, no, they just started, sunbeds on the beach are paid (I'm ready to pay), but they didn't give us a reservation for Europeans. On the beach of the Club El Bousten 3 * hotel, a stop for camels and horses was organized, all their feces were on the sand and no one cleaned them up, but you understand the smell. Well, I think I’ll all have a rest, it wasn’t there, we went to a late dinner, we took a meal and grabbed half a pack of napkins (which you understood didn’t beat toilet paper), for these napkins, the employees of the restaurant-dining room threatened our friend with a knife, the explanation was this we in our country and we will do what we want. Accordingly, we went to the director, his answer was this: you won’t have anything in the hotel, and I don’t advise you to go outside the territory. To take something to drink, be sure to tell the bartender please and several times, then he will give you a drink, otherwise he will say no, just the next one. This hotel treats Germans, Czechs, Poles well, and Ukrainians and Russians are treated like a different sort, even their bracelets are of a different color. The food in the dining room is so-so, you won't die of hunger. For the fact that we scandalized our friends, they changed the bracelets (they gave them the same as the Germans) and everyone else had an excursion to Carthage. Bed linen for 7 days was not changed once, and towels if they took away but they don’t bring clean ones, you have to go and beg yourself, give a towel to dry off. I, if the room is on the first floor, then they can steal things that are fun to dry, and it happened to our friends. That's how we went Club El Bousten 3 * for $ 1300 for two and only killed the nervous system.
THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE DEMANDED AND ROLLED INTO ASPHALT!! ! UKRAINIANS AND RUSSIAN DO NOT SPEND YOUR REST ON THIS GE!!!
