[(High-level hotel (former Prima Life Imperial Park 5 *), opened on May 15.2004, in the Yasmine Hammamet area. This official information can be found on the hotel website. And now the real thing about the hotel: We arrived on an evening flight to Monastir. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes (100 km) from the airport to the hotel (although the travel agency told us that the distance is only 40 km). We arrived around 24. It's dark everywhere. At the reception, we were greeted with a pleasant smile by a Russian-speaking administrator (we gave him a "prize" in the form of a bottle of vodka with pepper and sweets with liquor), after which the settlement began. We had booked a room 2 + 1, we were given the keys and anticipating a great room, we went to open the door. They opened it - 2 beds, returned - took other keys to another room, there we were met by a sleepy young man with a girl and in good English told us that they would release the room only tomorrow morning. Again returned - again new keys. The room does not open, and after the previous one it was already somehow not convenient to break the doors, and suddenly vacationers are sleeping there too... They returned. New keys. We open - again 2 beds. Returned - 3 o'clock in the morning. A sleepy administrator, he says, maybe you’ll already somehow change the edge before the morning? We'll decide in the morning. So they turned over, put one mattress on the floor and slept. And that they mean good 4? In the morning, no one was in a hurry to look for a bed for us until we dragged it into the room with the "worker" on the floor... A dim hotel pulling 3 (it obviously needs repairs). Indeed, the second line, the park, as such, I did not notice, we can say that the former is not 5, but the former 4. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach. Problem with towels. For all the time of the rest, we were never able to get a remote control from the TV (it would not turn on without it). If you do not have all inclusive, then you have to pay $20 for a safe, in the evening - for drinks (1 glass of "soapy juice" - $2). Of course, if we take into account the cost of the tour (and it cost us $ 525 per person), then for the average prices of Tunisia, the rest at the hotel was a success. If you do not take into account the above, and do not pay attention to various "little things", then in general the hotel is good for a family with small children. The beach is sandy, the sea is not deep, excellent children's animation. The animators are young Tunisian boys. Cheerful and smiling.
In general, people get used to everything, and once again you are convinced that you can’t save on vacation. It is better to pay for a more expensive hotel and relax completely. And even so that all sorts of "little things" do not spoil the impression of the country. And it is really interesting, the Sahara, landscapes and vegetation are impressive. Have a good rest.
