Hello! 2 days ago I returned from Tunisia, lived in this hotel. I’ll make a reservation right away that I rested on all inclusive for the second time in my life (the previous time was in Marmaris, Turkey) and I am not an experienced user of hotels with such a recreation system. I usually rested in Greece (island, Ionian Islands, or its mainland), preferring hotels with breakfast and eating in local taverns, where I like it.

So, Oasis Marine
3* hotel, not 4*. And they themselves declare themselves as 3 *, and the travel agency immediately told me about it. But they are a good trio. Bungalow type. There are 3 buildings with rooms, but, as I understand it, animators and hotel staff live in them, guests are accommodated in bungalows scattered over a fairly large area among palm trees and other local vegetation, separated by paved paths. The rooms have towels, hair dryer, bar of soap and toilet paper. Everything else we bring with us or buy on the spot. There is air conditioning, TV too.
I had an old one, but it worked, someone had a plasma in the rooms. There was a shower in my room, someone had a bath (in the former family rooms for 2 rooms, now they are settled in as separate ones, there is a door between them. It is locked, but the audibility is better, or maybe, as you are lucky with your neighbors). Plumbing is old but good. Ants did not run in crowds around the room, cockroaches were also not seen. On the day of arrival, some local living creatures sat on the curtain, I shook it off with a slipper on the street and closed the door, that's it, the issue was resolved. On the night of departure, I saw a gecko on the wall of my bungalow, he was adorable, but quickly ran away when I wanted to photograph him.
It was possible to move, someone did so, but my room suited me and I stayed.
In general, if you don’t like something, contact the hotel guide, he will help resolve the issue.
The hotel is "sharpened" for the French (pensioners and young people, but there are more of the former), there are Germans (less than the French), a few Italians and Russians. They say that there is a quota for the settlement of Russians - 20-30%.
The staff speaks French, please keep this in mind when purchasing a stay at this hotel! In order not to feel infringed on the rights and not be upset. Do not say when you are already there that they don’t understand you, they ignore you, and in general, why don’t they speak Russian, because I came to them and they have to answer me in Russian. They know something in German and for sure, maybe not everyone, but they can speak Italian - I personally experienced this, because school French is already quite forgotten and Italian comes to the fore. Greeting phrases someone can speak Russian. At the end of my holiday, the entire animation team said to me in chorus "Hi! Bon appetit! ", etc.
Desserts, watermelons, melons, grapes, ice cream. For some reason, oranges are only on the edges of dishes with vegetables / salads. Not a season? Or maybe I didn't look well. Wine for lunch and dinner is served in bottles of pink, red, white. Pleasant. Water in decanters.
Didn't have time to eat? Go to a pizzeria, there's a pizza or a sandwich.
Drink, drink, take a bottle of water? Then you go to the bar. Something else was being cooked by the pool, I don't know. You can dress up for dinner.
There is a problem with seating, but it happens regardless of nationality and by searching you can always find a free or just a free table. Some French guests agreed with the waiters and they occupied a table for them when they arrived. Then ours, a couple of Muscovites, also realized this, and I sat down with them several times. Girls, thank you for your company!
In the hookah bar you can order a tea drink with mint and a lot of sugar or espresso (brewed in Turkish) and drink it all on the outdoor terrace. It also catches the Internet or you can go to the hotel lobby.
There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, next to the large one there are three showers, and one indoors in the thalasso center at the hotel. You can visit the thalasso center, you can get acquainted with the price list and the services provided from them or from the employees offering the services of the center to vacationers on the territory of the hotel.
The hotel is on the first coastline, the beach is not perfectly clean, but it is cleaned, including from algae.
You are especially happy about this, having been on the beach of a neighboring hotel, I just ran away from them in horror and decided, upon returning to St. sticking out into the sea, like carrots in a garden - many and close to each other, and it was visible from our beach; on a general excursion, the inhabitants complained about the food in that hotel, restrictions, lack of dishes, tables, not even napkins on them, etc. n. the hotel in the Sahara, where we spent the night, they liked more than the one in which they rested). But I digress.
The entry into the sea is gentle, the wind blew for several days and the sea was worried, but the waves were not big. One day in the first half after the unrest, the sea was dirty. And so, the water is warm, warm, salty, good. There are showers at the exit from the beach and taps to wash your feet.
The beach is sandy, umbrellas, sun loungers are free, beach towels can be taken at the reception for a deposit of 10 dinars, but I had my own. Someone sunbathed on the sand, someone on a sun lounger. It is fashionable to leave a towel on a sun lounger and leave, having taken it in this way.
Once I watched as a tattooed German woman came running, saying something and waving her arms, showing that they had dragged away a sun lounger, dropping their belongings with a companion and looking out for something. She alarmed a flock of French women, threw off other people's things and towels from empty sun loungers and dragged first one, then the second sun lounger. She returned, ran some more, looking for something and left. A French couple came, picked up their things, listened to the story of the French women, refused the offered empty sun loungers and left. I don’t know who was wrong in this story, but if you encounter something like this, then this is not Russophobia, these are people, they are in every nation.
At 4 o'clock, grandfather comes to the beach with two baskets and a bag, sells beach tunics, stoles, scarves. I bought a cotton scarf for 5 dinars, about 150-200 rubles, Turkish-made, decent quality. Should have taken more. And it's cheaper than the shops around here.
In the shops at the hotel (there are two of them), the price tag is charged, bargain! But even then the price will be higher than in a store near the hotel. Example: I wanted to take soap for souvenirs, in a store outside the hotel it costs 2 dinars, at the hotel 5 dinars. I tried to buy 2 soaps for 5, they say, I know the price, so the owner didn’t rest and that’s it, I’ll give two for 8, but he laughs, but does not give up. Didn't take it. Leave the hotel and go, walk for about 5 minutes. There will be a small shop, it works without lunch, the choice is small, then a couple of houses later there is a big shop, it has lunch. When exactly - I do not know, but at 16 o'clock it is already open.
Here in it there is more choice and prices are lower and gives discounts, not very large, but his goods are really cheaper. I didn’t go to the shop tour, they offered a trip for 5 dinars, there was little time, I went to the Sahara for 2 days, I didn’t come for shopping.
I took sugar from the hotel guide Anex tour, $ 108 (she was stupid, she had to pay in dinars), although the Germans later said that $ 108 was a "good price".
A lot, of course, depends on the guide on the trip. I didn't like our guide. In general, departure at 5:30, breakfast at 5 in the morning at the hotel was fed (coffee, croissants, factory-made yoghurts), the kitchen had just opened, one chef had just started making tortillas, but no one sent me hungry on this excursion.
There were many transfers, they unloaded us from the bus onto the ferry, then back onto the bus, then some kind of water cooling system, I don’t really remember, then to the hotel, lunch, they took us to the canyon with an oasis and a waterfall (you shouldn’t take a towel and a swimsuit for it, there is nowhere to swim there - shallow, just above the ankle of the water in total), souvenirs - that's where the bargaining is so bargaining! , then the desert, there was jeep riding along the part of the Dakar-Paris route, and along the sands, and extreme, and usually. And they brought us to the town built by filmmakers, where Star Wars was filmed. Then we were returned to the hotel. The room has towels, soap, shampoo, gel. The hotel has an open-air swimming pool and works at night too. The whole group arrived and had dinner, went swimming. Day two, getting up early again, breakfast, meeting the dawn on a salt lake under the supervision of a police car and an armored military vehicle with some kind of "cannon" on the roof ...Libya is nearby, yes, tourists are protected.
After, sand sculptures and caves. Further camel riding on the sands, about 40-50 minutes. How I liked it! But at first it was scary. You could rent a striped robe and wrap your head in a rented scarf in the local style.
They offered karting for an additional fee in the same place. Nobody began to ride.
Further to the Berbers, there at the exit you will be asked to leave at least 1 dinar, troglodytes and go home. Treated with palm juice - for free.
You will only need to pay extra for single occupancy in a hotel, if there is a need for 15, like, a dinar, but we agreed with a woman in a group and stayed in the same room together without surcharges. And for drinks, water-tea-coffee-juice-beer and / or any other drink - drinks are not included in the price throughout the entire excursion anywhere. And of course, money is needed for souvenirs.
Now about the existing problem of rotovirus.
This question, thank God, passed me by, but the aforementioned Muscovites in turn faced her and all the "charms" that lasted a day or two; they say that their German neighbors also grabbed this virus; a woman who was vacationing with her husband and granddaughter also escaped this fate, but her husband and granddaughter suffered for a couple of days. So take the necessary medicines with you, you will not be useful, help others.
Departure from the hotel to the airport was at 5 am, before leaving for the airport, and someone on the excursion (lucky ones) at 4 - 4:30 was fed everyone with breakfast, the same as me alone before the Sahara.
On the plane, we were given lunch, although on the way to Tunisia they only fed us a sandwich. I think it has to do with the flight time. We flew there at 15:50 and returned at 8:20. By the way, they brought me to the hotel after dinner was over and the receptionist took my documents for registration and immediately took me to dinner, despite the fact that the cafe was already finishing its work.
I mean, they won't leave you hungry.
The hotel guide then said that the rest of the passengers from my flight in other hotels were no longer fed with dinner and they had already stormed the catering at 6 o'clock in the morning.
This review is long, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
Summing up, I liked to relax there, I would love to have a seal in this mode for at least 3 more days.

The most from Russia, I bought the tour in Ukraine) The owner of the tour agency dissuaded for a long time, arguing that the hotel had not yet sent unverified tourists there. BUT, I decided and period) You can write a lot, the territory is large, the cleanliness is super, the staff is friendly, the kids club is large, the food is varied, but average (there was almost no sea of u200bu200bfood), no one speaks Russian from Russia, there were me and my daughter) in the rest of the mass of the French (actually the entire hotel and focused on this nation), rested a couple of Germans and two Arab families).

The child liked the animation, although they spoke exclusively in French. I spent a whole week sunbathing, swimming, looking at people. In general, rested from the hustle and bustle of the city one hundred percent! and there was not even a lack of communication (in English there are also very few people who can) I highly recommend it for a relaxing family vacation. The price and quality correspond completely! oh, I almost forgot about the sea: the sea is shallow and it takes sooooo long to walk so that it would be up to the neck) there are a lot of algae on the shore, but they did not bother us

Somewhere they did not understand. At first they drove through some backwater for about 30 minutes. Our hotel was the first on the way. It was off the road and right on the beach. We settled into the rooms very quickly. Until dawn, there was an impression that we were in some village, roosters sang around and the muezzin yelled from the mosque, gathering for morning prayer. The room was given in one of the three storey buildings at the very top, then we appreciated it. Of course, at first we were disappointed until it began to get light. And here all the beauty opened up, the view from the balcony to the garden and the sea was amazing. We are in PARADISE. Green blooming garden and blue-green sea. What else does Petertz, pale and tormented by work, need? Then minor troubles began. The waiters did not pay attention until they complained to the representative of the travel agency, his name is Khedi (we called him Fedya), then everything was fine. The floor guys were good, they cleaned it cleanly and did not touch anything, even the tip left on the table. The safe was at the reception (20 dinars for the entire stay). The food was not bad, very tasty coffee, juices and water as much as you want. The beach was cleaned from algae every day, not like other hotels. In the evening there was animation, though in French, but everything was clear. But for the Russian guests they danced such a Cossack, it was a pleasure to watch. They supported them with such a whistle that you might think there were 100 people there, and not just 7. In short, we liked everything, we can go there again.

The hotel was chosen for its green area and a larger beach! There is a 3-storey building and a bungalow to choose from. The beach was cleaned every day! Breakfast is standard and lunch and dinner are super! (meat, chicken, always different fish, vegetables, fruits, watermelons, melons ) Once there were shrimp 10-15cm fresh and tasty! The weather was a little disappointing out of 10 days 2 were rainy but no less interesting (as in Thailand! ) The sea is warm but not Red (there are no fish).

We really liked the territory of the hotel, but the rooms do not pull on 4 *, the service is excellent. We wanted to relax on O. Djerba, but the tour operator did not even warn that this hotel was on the mainland, the second disappointment is the seaweed season in June on the coast, in principle, seaweed feels like hay, and when you leave the coast, the sea is clean.

But we were also unlucky with the weather: it was windy and the sea was stormy, it rained one day, but no one is to blame. All these surprises were paid for by the good attitude of the host, although no one speaks Russian there, not everyone knows English either, but we somehow understood each other. The most interesting thing is that the three of us were Russians, and the rest were French, then the Italians also arrived. It was very unusual, interesting, excellent food, excellent animators. This hotel is for a quiet family holiday, you can safely go with children, even with very small ones.

Delicious cocktails are made at the bar, wine and beer are offered during lunch and dinner, wine is not put in disposable glasses, but glasses and a bottle of wine.

Delicious cocktails are made at the bar, wine and beer are offered during lunch and dinner, wine is not put in disposable glasses, but glasses and a bottle of wine. Very romantic. Very tasty vegetables, various meats and fish, fruits. Sweets are inferior to Egyptian, but everything else better. The animators are funny, but they only speak French or Italian, because. mostly French tourists. But it didn’t bother us, but even pleased us. Everything is civil. Before lunch and dinner they give aperitifs - cocktails. The beach is clean. Sun beds are free, although I read that they are paid for in Tunisia. Once a week you can dine for free in a restaurant overlooking the sea. Three pools: one large and two small. There is an indoor pool, sauna, gym, beauty and massage rooms. You can safely travel with children.
