Good afternoon! I rested with my husband at the Cesar Thalasso hotel from 01.06. 19 to 12.06. 19. I have never written reviews before, but this time it’s a matter of principle and I hope my review will help other people who are planning their holidays in this hotel, I’ll start with the most important thing, namely the theft of money from the SAFE in the room! Two days before departure, at lunch, vacationers from the next room (two women) tell us that 6.000 rubles and 20 dollars were stolen from their safe. We immediately after dinner went to the room to count our money, everything was in place. My husband took a picture of all the banknotes that we had, closed the safe, closed the door, put up a “Do Not Disturb” sign and went to the beach. When the door was closed, the sign got stuck between the door and the loot, it was impossible to pull it out. After the beach, upon arrival at the room, it immediately caught my eye that the sign was hanging on the handle directly, dangling from the wind - it became clear that someone had come to us and not for cleaning, since cleaning is not carried out at this time. Counted the money and voila - missing 100 dollars. On the first day of rest, our hotel guide Hatem (a local resident) told us that the money should be kept strictly in a safe - so we did! Together with the neighbors, our guide was called for proceedings with the hotel management. The hotel manager, a young guy, has been working not so long ago, having no experience in solving such issues, with honest eyes told us that this is the first time that this happens, that our issue will be resolved, because we did not leave the money on the table, but kept exactly in the safe, as ordered. He promised that in the evening he would call the police, the head of security and the cleaner of the room for investigation. As a result, in the evening it was only him and the head of security, they made a circus in the room - they tried to find traces of breaking the safe, shone a flashlight, rubbed it, sniffed it, although it was clear to the fool that the safe had not been cracked! Later we learned that a socket opens on the safe, where there are buttons and under it there is a key lock with which you can open the safe - everything is simple! To my question “Where is the police? ”, he said that the police would arrive in the morning, made an appointment for us at 10-00 in the morning at the reception, shook hands with everyone! In the morning at 09-50 we were already at the reception, no one approached us, after about 2 hours of waiting at the reception and several of my attempts to finally find out how much longer we were to sit here (the woman at the reception told us to wait and not go anywhere, they say the manager is waiting for the police), we were told that call your Guide and at 14-00 you will go with him to the police. And then I was completely stunned - we were robbed, we waited 2 hours, instead of relaxing on the sea on our last day, if I hadn’t come up, no one would have come to us, just a swine attitude towards Russian vacationers !! ! Naturally, there was no point in going to the beach, I called the guide and he told me that he would arrive only at 16-00! It's just a madhouse, they played with us like children, they just kept us for fools and played for time! As a result, the guide came to 17-00, the manager announced that the hotel was not going to return the money and that only he had the key to the safe. On the day when the money was stolen from us, we found out from another couple from room 4570 that $ 50 was stolen from their pocket in jeans at the beginning of the vacation, that is, a few days before our case, and they also turned to the manager. That is, someone purposefully walks and rummages through things, looking for money, has a key to the rooms, has a key to the safe and the manager knows this very well, or is he stealing himself !! ! They steal on the eve of departure so that there is no time to figure it out, I'm sure that no one called the police. In this hotel, this is the norm and everyone, starting with the manager, knows about it - just chaos! In the nearby Sun Connect hotel, they even steal equipment, this was told to us by a Pegasa representative (Tatiana, if I'm not mistaken, we flew through Coral), she said that even those people who went to the end and wrote a statement to the police did not receive anything back, so it's useless. She also said that theft is the norm here, that even a gardener can enter the room and rummage through other people's things (there was such a case, according to her). Despite the theft, the hotel has a lot of fat minuses that we tried not to notice, because we are not picky, the main Relaxation my husband and I get from the sea. There is no cleaning, they make the bed and, at best, they change towels if they are thrown on the floor, the floors are not washed, there was garbage on the floor even when we entered the room, and lay there until we left, cobwebs everywhere, the dust was not wiped even once, shower gel is not reported, there are huge gaps in the doors through which cockroaches crawl, which fly - it's just horror! Attaching photo! Furniture and plumbing are all old, after taking a shower, the floor in the bathroom is completely in the water. Who expects animation - it is simply not here, mostly French people 55+ have a rest. Very friendly guys in the bar at the hotel, the bartender Ramsay and another young man with glasses, never ignored, always attentive. Food for three, for lunch and dinner, they serve the same thing, that they didn’t eat it in its pure form, they process it into salads, etc. , shrimp were given 1 time in 12 days, breakfast is always the same. The waiters will be attentive to you, if only you leave dinars and more than once! And all the same, you will not get the same service as for foreigners, for them they set the table with flower petals and candles, for Russians there is no such thing. To sum up, I strongly do not recommend this hotel, save yourself from stealing your hard earned money! The holiday is just ruined! Will never come back here again!

I want to warn everyone that in the room they steal from the safe!!! ! We are now resting in this hotel and this afternoon our money was stolen. At what they took only money, they left the equipment. Yesterday I heard at a meeting with the guide that money and equipment were also stolen from Sun Connect. Curiously, you can’t call the police, you can go to the neighboring city yourself and try to explain yourself to the local policemen. Just shine : )

The hotel itself: the oldest of the oldest. It looks only normal some of the numbers that are displayed in the pictures in travel agencies.
Food: there is no choice, the food is not tasty.
Beach: well, there’s a full package of algae (it’s a changeable thing), a bar like on the beach is a shack with water with a skewed “beach bar” sign, sunbeds are broken and sorely lacking, umbrellas are falling apart, sand is rarely cleaned.
Staff: obsessive, especially to Russian women, some hang out under drugs. This is where the theft comes from.
Room: falling apart and feeling of permanent dirt.
In general, I do not see any advantages for choosing these hotels. I have something to compare with and the hotel does not have to be super chic, but I have not seen such a mess and poor people. The neglect of all rooms and the territory as a whole. If you still choose, then definitely NO. I hope my review will help someone not to make my mistake.

For the penultimate 2 days, the air temperature rose to 39, and so did mine... so I only dreamed of going home as soon as possible. Because of the kosaka in Turkey, Tunisia inflated prices and decided to cut money from Russian fools. 4 * + is not there at all. 3 does not pull, in my opinion. The food is not bad, but you have to watch what you take. I do not recommend!! !
