I want to say that we chose this hotel based on photoshopped photos and positive reviews from tourists until the end of May 2019, as well as a rating. Unfortunately hotel 5 ? with infrastructure for children on Djerba was not found, so I had to go here. Our tour from 06/03/2019 to 06/17/2019. I will write in detail
After this trip, now I understand even more that it’s not worth relying on positive reviews (. Since all people are different. Someone travels on a last-minute ticket, and does not even pay attention to fat minuses, while someone pays decently for a Decent rest - and, accordingly, he expects . . Before that, there were many places where they rested (Dominican Republic, Thailand, Rio de Janeiro, Miami, Cuba…………etc), so there is something to compare with! By the way, I have never been to Turkey and Egypt. After Tunisia I am even more convinced that I don’t want to go there, but this is just my opinion)
So, we went with a family of 5 people (me, husband, son 7 years old, son 5 years old, mother (grandmother). For a ticket with a flight from Moscow they gave 305.000 ? , plus planes back and forth from Samara, they took 3.000 dollars with them.
The tour operator (Pegasus) issued 2 rooms: 1 std + 1 family (for which the surcharge to the operator is +30.000? )
We arrived at the hotel for dinner...... and that's it...... it was HORRIBLE....Hungry tourists rush about with plates, put everything in a row with the Mountain (probably they are afraid of not getting food), the eldest son was almost knocked down. The poor waiters do not have time to bring clean plates, they rush around the hall with carts of dirty dishes like Formula 1 racers on a self-assembly tablecloth and also knock you down. There is nothing to breathe in the main restaurant (if you can call it that), stuffy! Everyone is making a lot of noise! CHAOS in general! ! The mood is at zero, tears in the eyes...., , ,
They settled in 408 std (1st floor, the balcony looks at the main pool) and 701 family (1st floor, somewhere in the middle of the territory). They decided to change room 701, because it looked like a crypt - it was dark, DIRTY, some yellow flowers were constantly falling over the balcony. I went to the reception, but the courteous gentlemen refused this service, referring to a full hotel, which of course was not. When I offered money ($ 40), the numbers began to appear. In general, 2 days fell out of the vacation, because I was waiting for another number. We moved from 701 to 1207 - 1st floor, the room is so-so, but the balcony is 2 times more pleasant, the slides are large nearby, the pool, closer to the sea, of course it is not visible from the window of the 1st floor), 1st floor is our preference, maybe with children .
In general, the hotel itself is not bad, 2 mini water parks, one with small slides, a large sandbox with a canopy, the second for older children 4 large slides - written from 12 years old, but my 7 year old rode without problems. All slides are supervised by responsible and friendly staff. So there is a small playground, mini golf, antediluvian gaming machine, table football, air hockey a large table.
About the bar in the pool: I read from the reviews that only the French are respected! Tadaaaam! So it is (My child was standing in line, the French were served ahead of him! We began to give them every other day, sometimes every day, 10 dinars - they began to notice us and remember our preferences! ) Therefore, the impression of the bartenders is positive.
About food: children have nothing to eat! For 2 weeks, not a single porridge! Although I'm lying) once there was a similarity - hard rice drenched in milk (. My children 14 days had breakfast with the same one - donuts, the other - pancakes, because the choice is rather meager - scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, cook eggs yourself, donuts, pancakes, sandwich. I see such juices for the first time, I certainly remember yuppies, but this powder, which they call orange juice, is impossible to drink, to the point of nausea !! ! The children only drank WATER!
Lunch, dinner, adults were quite happy with us, but again the children had little choice (The elder ate spaghetti and mashed potatoes all the rest, he ate cutlets a couple of times. There were crabs for dinner a couple of times, but mad little men quickly sorted them out! To be honest, I don’t understand such people , who, when everything is on, they think that you need to shove into a plate and into yourself as much as you like From the outside it looks terrible, but in reality they don’t eat up, but someone didn’t have enough. The cake is delicious. Red wine is Poison! Pink is so You can drink white. Bitter beer. Mojito Terrible(mint is cut like parsley, then this herb gets into the tube. ) No pinocolada. All cocktails are mainly based on vodka or whiskey.
The work of animation in the pool at the highest level! Well done guys! They know how to entertain and just raise the mood, and at the same time they are not intrusive!

Cleaning is disgusting!! ! Even the money didn't help! They also left her 10 dinars at first (then they stopped), but these women apparently do not notice the dirt! The floor is washed in the middle of the room, there is dust in the corners, a few centimeter dust under the bed. Lots of dust. And you need to get ready for the daily uninvited guests in the room: 5-7 centimeters of COARACKS!

When we moved from 701, they didn’t immediately notice, but it turns out that a mini iPad (apple) was stolen from us, it was in safe 701, they didn’t immediately declare, we thought we might find it somewhere in things after the move, but... alas. The beach is not bad, the sand is white, the water is turquoise, but if the sea is worried, there will be a lot of algae, then the tractor removes them. You have to go farther into the sea to swim in clear water. But this is nature, it did not bother us).
On the beach, horses and camels didn’t bother either, but you still need to understand where they go to the toilet..... so I won’t write about clean sand.
Leaving towels on the beach is dangerous. When we came to the sea, the women returned and did not find their beach towels, and it turned out that we lay down on free sunbeds, where their towels had been before, the aunts loudly expressed their dissatisfaction and indicated that we lay down in their places, in response to which we explained that we took free sun loungers without any other people's things. In general, I have not yet seen such wildness. Judge for yourself what kind of contingent there is from all sides!
Excursions are boring, they were in the Sahara 10 years ago, and even with children there is not an option. We went to the crocodile farm ourselves by taxi 8 dinars in two directions, for entrance tickets (2 adults 2 children) we paid 60 dinars, the price of the tour operator is 2 times higher. We arrived just in time for the feeding of crocodiles (16-00). There were a HUGE number of people on the bridge, barely making their way to the railing so that the children could see at least a little. The groups of tourists that the operators brought here were very dissatisfied, because after feeding they were almost immediately driven into buses, people didn’t even have time to go to the shops and take a walk (I also read about this, so we went by taxi and walked as much as we liked). If you go by taxi, you need to say Djerba explore.

So I got to the point when this hotel, or rather the reception staff on the day of departure, exhausted my nerves! So my husband and I lived at 408, and my grandmother with children at 1207. At 12-45 we have a transfer to the airport, we decided to rent a room in advance so that there would be no problems that the guide Olga warned us about. At 11-10 we handed over all the keys to two rooms, my husband was told that everything was fine, there were no debts. ! And we quietly continued to wait on the sofas next to the reception desk. In the first hour of the day, we were approached and asked to go to the reception desk, where they announced that there were not enough towels in room 1207!!!!! ! As I understood 1 large and one for the legs! That is, you understand, they accused us of taking them with us. The problem was that we are 5 people, and each has his own suitcase, plus my husband has a big bag with golf clubs and a big case (a redicule that we bought on Djerba)! Total 7 units. And they were already wrapped in film. The second problem is the transport, which should arrive in 20-30 minutes. I asked for a very long time to invite the woman who cleaned room 1207 to ask her how the towel disappeared, but she never showed up! ! I set conditions for them that if I open my suitcases now, they will wrap them at their own expense! Which was denied! Good! I already wanted to unpack my bags, but my husband stopped me, it was already 15 minutes before the bus arrived, and because of us, everyone else would have been delayed !! ! Ended up paying $45 for a used towel and foot towel. The guide Olga (Pegasus) came to our defense. She also quarreled with them, tried to explain that we are not poor people and not from that category of tourists who take something home from the hotel !!! ! To which the receptionist asked her a question: why did they then pay if they didn’t take it ? ? That's the whole difference in the thinking of people with different mentalities!! ! That is, they do not even understand that it is easier for us to pay than to unpack and pack 7 suitcases in 20 minutes, this is not realistic in the first place! Secondly, we would have delayed several dozen people traveling with us to the airport!! ! And thirdly, for me personally, this is still humiliating !!! ! Like an inspection of the rogue! Damn, in the end we did not come with $ 100, this trip cost us 600.000 rubles !!!!
Conclusion: The hotel is not bad, but the staff, especially at the reception, are IMPRESSIVE, SMART, COMMUNICATE ONLY WITH THE FRENCH CUTE!! ! I HOPE THIS INFORMATION WILL REACH THE CHIEF MANAGER!!! ! Although this may be their goal to get rid of Russian tourists... at least this is evidenced by their behavior. If you go to Djerba, carefully look for the Fives, but unfortunately with the infrastructure for children, we did not find any higher than the Fours (
But the Fiesta Beach Hotel with Huge cockroaches and arrogant receptionists is not a foot away, and I will not recommend it to others !!!!
I will add that the cleaning itself does not understand its duties well, the towels were constantly in different quantities, we did not consider, as I understand it, either they themselves brought less, or this is their way of earning money together with the reception!!!
The furniture in the rooms is old.
An imprint for life from such a holiday, now I will always rent rooms in the presence of hotel workers and count towels. But I hope it will not happen again, SUCH THE FIRST TIME !!!!!

What are your impressions of your stay in Fiesta? I wanted to go home almost immediately. The very first thing that caught my eye is more French. All the staff speaks French and practically do not know Russian. Russians are treated very badly and all the time sidelong glances from the waiters in the restaurant.

The main contingent is pensioners, the impression is that we are in a nursing home. We were 3 adults and 2 children. The food is disgusting, there is nothing special to feed the children. Tea only in the morning, and for lunch and dinner cold water or juices, or rather yuppies, which children and adults cannot drink, sweets are all chemical, soy sausages, dirty fruits. The result from the food was just sick in the truest sense of the word and my stomach hurt badly, it was good to take the medicine with me. It was also very annoying that they smoke absolutely everywhere, even on the playground next to the children and in the hotel lobby.
We had to tip every day so that our table was cleaned during meals and the room was cleaned. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? Of course not!! ! And by the way, did we pay 230.000 for the ticket? + local costs. There is no food on the plane at all, only water. Is it possible to order food in advance for 600? per person and she is so-so (seen with neighbors). We took food with us.
