0. The first point is bugs in the room!!! ! No one responds to requests to change the room, cleaning and disinfection of the type will be done, the bugs will be dispersed, in a day they are here again! It crossed out and surpassed all the minuses and pluses !!!
1. Upon check-in, a deposit is required - only in baht. In principle, there is nothing in the room worth 2000 baht, but they do not hesitate to lie about broken or missing glasses and demand payment upon check-out.
2. The bed is just black, with holes and poorly stretched, stains, etc.
3. There is only a bed and an ottoman with a dressing table in the room, there are no chairs, bedside tables near the beds, there is nowhere to put things
4. The balcony is dirty, we only had one plastic chair, which was even scary to look at, so you can’t sit there in the evening.
5. The bathroom smells of dampness and you can wait a long time for hot water, the faucet in the sink is short, you can’t wash your hands properly, the faucet itself is loose and has to be constantly corrected.
6. Breakfast is disgusting: diluted garbage instead of coffee, again diluted juice, pasta, sour potatoes and soy sausages, you can only eat fried bread and green watermelon - where did they find them ?? ? for french fries, which are sometimes given - almost a fight)
7. The staff is disgusting, they don’t do anything, and if you insist, they stop understanding English, the room was not changed for us despite persistent requests
