Five hundred meters to the beach, it is comfortable to walk, almost always in the shade. The beach is clean, the water is clean, great location. Sun loungers for a fee, no one forbids lying on their towels under palm trees. To the large shopping center "Jungle Ceylon" 20-25 minutes walk, the same amount to the night market of Banzaan and Bangla. They are all in the same place on the same line. We didn’t take a taxi, we walked, we didn’t get tired.
Room: small in size, not shabby, the bathroom is normal, but there is mold on the tiles. Thanks to the reviews, we asked for a room with two beds, in rooms with a double bed there is no refrigerator, a refrigerator and with windows to the courtyard. View of the neighboring hotel, the window on the limiter. There was not much noise, except from the hallway. The music from neighboring hotels was heard as a background, it didn’t interfere at all and earplugs were not needed. Between the rooms, the soundproofing is average, the neighbors were only heard when they were talking very loudly. Entrance by cards, two pieces are issued, for the loss of a fine of 200 baht.
Animals: ants. They showed up as soon as the first meal arrived. We left an open bag of chips in the corner, they all went there and didn’t appear on the table again, only a couple of people running past.
Room equipment: air conditioning, ceiling fan (very good thing, we hardly used the air conditioner), hair dryer, hanger bar, three hangers, LCD TV (it also accepts a USB flash drive and connects via hdmi cable), a spacious safe. Great, comfortable beds and soft pillows. There are two sockets, suitable for our equipment. There is no kettle and glasses, you can’t bring your own, it’s forbidden. But we brought a small boiler, no one has said a word yet, it lies in a conspicuous place. In the bathroom - soap in the dispenser near the sink, toilet paper and 3 in 1 gel in the shower, also in the dispenser. Two large towels, no small ones. There are no cups for brushes.
What we brought with us: beach towels, face towels, hangers (a lot), a boiler and a jar in which to boil water, coffee, tea, shower gels and shampoo, a dryer hanger, which is usually hung on our battery : ) What I had to buy: cups for coffee.
Food: We didn't take food, I can't say anything about the local cafe "Charlie". At every step, "Femeli March" and "711", they are really everywhere, they ate food from there - 35-50 baht a serving. In local eateries, prices start at 150 baht for a portion of fried rice of dubious quality. I liked the food court "711", which is located on the road to the beach, if you go from the hotel to the right past the Andaman hotel. There are chic milkshakes for 60 baht, second courses 50-70 baht, but only one dish is not spicy.
Service: everyone is nice, smiling and friendly. Cleaning consists only in making beds and changing towels every day, they frankly did not understand why they should be changed so often. The linen was changed exactly once in 10 days, the rest of the time it was just well tucked. We tried not to stain their towels too much, as we read about fines, but there were mango stains a couple of times - we didn’t find fault. The floor is not washed, whether it is swept, a big question. There is always sand underfoot, centuries-old dust under the beds, but the standing shoes were constantly moved, although it did not become cleaner under it, a mystery in general. They moved around the room in slippers, they didn’t buy a broom. Most likely it was possible to solve this problem, but the reception did not apply.
Summary: despite all the shortcomings, I even recommend it. Very good location for the price.

There is no table, only a folding one. And a small bedside table with a safe. I was on my own and I was generally fine. Together, I can’t imagine... Of the pluses, the second line, to Patong Beach, 7 minutes walk. There is Wi-Fi in the room, LCD TV (2 Russian channels), cleaning every day, change of linen and towels every day. Hot water round the clock. Air conditioning (everything is powered by an electronic key). The girls at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks English. . English is everywhere! Breakfasts are generally good, drinks, fruits, pastries, a selection of second courses. The elevator is silent.
