As soon as we got to our room, it started. With Wi-Fi constant problems, it was not there for a day. At the reception they say we don't know what's wrong with him. Done the next day. Breakfast is the same every day, does not change. If they had known before, they would have refused. There are cockroaches running around the room. It is impossible to sleep at night, our windows faced south, there are cafes under the windows, massage, shops. Music plays from midnight, they all have fun, they dance, dance, yell. No sleep for them, not for us. Slept on the beach. In short, a hotel for those who hang out until the morning. We asked to change the room, so no one changed. Bed linen, towels are dirty. Once we were framed with a towel - they brought us a stained one, and said that it was us. Had to pay 500 baht. The staff does not speak English. I had to communicate through an interpreter. As a result, the holiday is ruined.
