I stayed at the hotel in April with the TPG tour operator. I flew with a friend. Everything was organized just fine, escort, meeting, round-the-clock communication, comfortable flights and assistance in every matter from the tour operator. We arrived at the hotel after 15.00, so we were settled immediately. Upon check-in, the reception staff took a deposit and spoke in detail about the service. Very nice and polite people, helpful and friendly. They gave us an ocean view room, stylish and modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Two beds, bright beautiful furniture, TV, kettle, wardrobe, safe. There is a set of tea and coffee, water in glass bottles, slippers, bathrobes, beach bag. Bathroom with shower and full bath. Cosmetics and towels in the right amount. Room service is fast and high quality, there were no complaints about cleaning at all. The territory of the hotel is large, a lot of greenery, vegetation, shuttles run around the territory. The location of the hotel on a hill is by no means its minus, rather the opposite - the beauty is simply indescribable and quiet, calm, peaceful atmosphere for a good rest. The staff and service at the hotel are at a high level, everyone is diligent, attentive, responsive and communicative. Near the hotel there are several restaurants and inexpensive cafes, an exchange office, a market, massage parlors. The hotel itself also has a spa, we tried honey wraps and full body massages there - expensive, but unrealistically cool ! ! Breakfast at the hotel with a good choice and rich assortment, but a little monotonous. In addition to the usual scrambled eggs, fruits, vegetables and pastries, there is also soup, hot dishes, side dishes, salad and more. The pool at the hotel is clean, plenty of sunbeds, cleaned daily. I liked the beach more than the one across the road, it was easier to cross at the neighboring hotel, along the transition. The beach is clean and well-groomed, there are practically no stones. The water is warm, there were no waves. The rest flew by like one day, so we felt good and comfortable here. We definitely plan to visit this hotel again in the future and recommend it to everyone! Thanks!
