I must say right away that the rest turned out to be excellent, no matter what. Our first visit to Thailand started from Bangkok - we had a great hotel there with excellent service and amazing views from the 32nd floor. Full of hope and impressions, my husband and my almost two-year-old daughter flew to Phuket. After a two-hour trip from the airport, the taxi stopped at the hotel. Let me tell you right now, things are different on the Internet. After looking at the colorful photos of the kids club and the pool with a slide, I talked my husband into this hotel. Tiny lobby and a surly lady at the counter tossed us the keys. It turned out that the deluxe room that I reserved was given to us on the fifth floor without an elevator. When I explained that I was not going to carry the child and the stroller up the stairs for 3 weeks, the girl said that this is what it is. I called the manager. After half an hour of negotiations, we came to an agreement that for 2 nights we will be in a standard room on the ground floor, and then we will get a suite with access to the pool. The first two nights we were in a room overlooking the hotel entrance and the road. Removed normally. Then we were transferred to a room with access to the pool - instead of a double bed, 2 separate beds, the furniture is old, and (generally killed) without a bathroom. To be honest, I didn’t have the strength to argue and change the room, we stayed there. One joy - right from the room, my daughter and dad went to the pool, it is very convenient and in the evening there is where to sit, and you can swim. Daughter was bathed in a basin under the shower. The breakfasts were creepy - bacon and sausages dripping with fat, a couple of pastries and some fruit. Drinking coffee is unrealistic - I have never tried such a swill anywhere. In short, after a couple of days we stopped eating breakfast there. It takes about 7 minutes to go to the beach through a rather busy road and suspicious footbridges (a couple of boards) thrown over the gutter. The beach itself is magnificent - the purest sand, excellent service and the complete absence of waves. The child was in seventh heaven! Nearby are restaurants, shops, etc, so there were places to eat. I recommend the Mali restaurant - very tasty (and everything is fresh).
By the way, the kids club, so advertised on the Internet, does not even have air conditioning - it's just open. The staff hardly understands English, they don’t understand English at all in the kids club, but if your kid accidentally doesn’t endure (as was the case with our friends), then they will immediately try to break a fine of 3000 baht (about $ 100) from you. The only thing that was good in This hotel has a children's pool with a water slide.
To be honest, the hotel didn’t spoil our holiday - we almost didn’t stay in it, excursions, walks, etc.

In any case, we will not return there.
