1. The sea is 30 meters away - went out and immediately on the beach
2. The beach is clean, sandy, the water is clean, clear, warm
3. On the beach they sell exotic fruits, pancakes, there are several cafes, sometimes an elephant walks - rides children (100 rubles), there is a scooter (1500 rubles-30min).
