We rested in December 2010. The hotel moved from 3 * to 4 *. This is a wonderful, very comfortable, quiet hotel! We rested together with my husband and were satisfied : ) The hotel is located next to the sea. The beach is municipal and free, but clean and tidy. The hotel is mostly Europeans. From the Russians were we and a neighboring couple. Nearby are markets, shops, cafes, restaurants, ATMs. At 23.00 the whole coast of Karon calms down (everyone sleeps) : ) By tuk-tuk you can go anywhere on the island at any time and return to the hotel. The staff is friendly (they meet you at the reception, see you off, wish you a good day, etc. ), though they don’t even understand a word in Russian : ) We don’t speak English either, but we calmly communicated with gestures : ) The room is beautiful, there is a view garden and pool. We had a room on the second floor overlooking the garden, palm trees and flowers grew there (although the garden is very small, which adds coziness and comfort). The room is bright, plumbing worked properly. In the room for free: electronic lock, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes, beach towels, safe, refrigerator, kettle, tea accessories, beach bag... every day they brought tea bags, water, coffee 3 in 1 for free. They cleaned every day, change of linen by pressing the "Cleaning the room" button at the entrance. We had breakfast included in the tour: they are monotonous, but you can choose to your liking: bacon, eggs, scrambled eggs, cheese, butter, pastries, fruits, juices, tea, coffee, jam, Thai food...
Next time we go to Phuket, we will choose this hotel! Have a nice rest : )
