However, on March 30.8 (! ) days after our arrival, one of the receptionists called out to my daughter when she walked past the reception and in a very loud voice, in a rude manner (yes, yes, "Thailand is a country of 1010 smiles" and "Thais- they are like children, so cute ") began to complain that every day (! ) We spoil the sheets that the maid cannot wash. And that we got a fine for ruined sheets, which we have to pay. And sheets 3 (three)! Subsequently, I was shown three bills from (attention! ) March 28-29-30 for three sheets of 500 baht + 1 pillowcase (100 baht). Total 1600 baht.
To my question: “why, right away, (i. e. March 24-25) it was not said that the sheet was damaged” ? , they told me that “they didn’t see us at the hotel. ” Despite the fact that the daughter was almost always by the pool (next to the reception), we were at breakfast every morning, and, of course, you could just leave a note in the room or just call the room, as they do in any other hotels, if Questions for guests.
I want to note that this situation arose (the T-shirt faded) from the fact that there was heat in the room. The air conditioner installed in the room did not regulate the temperature and the inclination of the airflow planes. The entire flow of cold air (18 C) is directed strictly to the bed. I have no desire to catch a cold on vacation. So at night we slept with open windows and no air conditioning. Of course, at an air temperature of +29 C and a humidity of 89%, this is not comfortable.
I turned to the reception staff on the second day of my stay (March 23.2018 at about 9 am) with this question: first I went to the reception, there were two employees, I typed the text in Google translator (i. e. they read the text translated into Thai language): she said that my air conditioning is not regulated, and can I put a fan in my room. They read it, asked again: does the air conditioner not work? , I answered that “it works, but is not regulated. ” They said ok.
Since in the afternoon of the same day (about 3 pm nothing was fixed in the room: the air conditioner was not adjusted, the fan was not brought), I went to the reception again and again through Google translator (from Russian not to English, but to Thai! ) I asked for another employee to resolve my issue. Orally in English repeated the request. I also received an "ok" response. And nothing was done either. I had no desire to spend my vacation on resolving the issue of air conditioning. I didn't contact the front desk again.
When the actual conflict situation arose (March 30.2018), in which I was offered to pay bills for one really mine and two other people's sheets, the receptionist, who introduced herself as the deputy general manager of the hotel, stated: “that they (employees) did not understand me, so you didn’t do anything, you yourself are to blame for the situation. And you have to pay the bill otherwise we won't evict you from the hotel and you won't be able to fly. " Despite the fact that the employees stood nearby and confirmed that I applied, and they “did not understand” me either. To my question “why, if they didn’t understand me, didn’t they clarify? ” - once again repeated to me that these are “my problems”.
so I have never seen such "customer focus".
I wrote a complaint to the parent company of the hotel (the hotel website does not accept, by the way, e-mail) and the representative of ANEKS.
p/s/ I took the sheets. and they were washed to a perfectly white state with ordinary powder at 60 degrees. Why am I not surprised. . .

Summary: the hotel is good for a family beach holiday.
The hotel is really conveniently located because there are a lot of bars and the Seven Eleven 24-hour market nearby. At night it is calm in the town and you can pleasantly wander through the streets without consequences! the night city of Patong, where you can revel in every sense of the word! Restaurants for you, including Russian and McDonald's, various shows, tie-boxing...
We were last year with my wife, a ton of impressions... therefore, now we are flying to Phuket and only to this hotel, because you don’t have to be a millionaire to get there!
