This hotel is worth paying attention to everyone who cares about a good location relative to the sea and infrastructure. We spent 10 days here, of which we spent three days on excursions and a couple of days just riding around the island on a rented bike.
Had a standard room overlooking the pool. Dark, but not damp. The room has a safe and a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee and tea set, bottles with gel and shampoo are placed in the shower. There are no bathrobes and slippers. The air conditioner is quite noisy. The furniture is tired, but everything is clean and tidy. There are no complaints about cleaning - towels are changed daily, soap products are added. There were mosquitoes - they were saved by sprays bought on the spot. The Internet normally caught only at the reception, so they connected a local SIM card and did not bathe.
The territory is well-groomed, clean. Several swimming pools, one of which is with sea water. Clean, nice to swim when there are waves on the sea. The voucher included breakfasts, a standard set for a triple - scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, toasts, fruits. Coffee and juices (powder) not tasty.

Go to Kata beach for about five minutes - very close to the sea, no need to bypass the territory of other hotels. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, fruit stalls, massage parlors, a cafe for every budget (we liked Seafood, mom), several exchangers (the most profitable on the way to the beach near the hotel with elephant statues). We rented a bike for a couple of days - we looked at other beaches, went to observation platforms and the Big Buddha. Excursions were ordered through locals (contacts were suggested by acquaintances who had a rest at the hotel earlier) - they were on a two-day tour of the Phi Phi Islands, riding elephants. Everything is clear as promised, and at a price when compared with the price of the tour operator, the percentage difference is 25-30%. In general, a normal trio without any frills. Those who care about location and good access to the sea will like it.
