On the same day, we were in a city where dozens of travel agencies inquired about the prices for the proposed excursions and it turned out that they were rudely trying to cheat us. All prices were lower by 1.5--1.7 times. When the next day IRINA called the hotel again offering excursions, I told her about the high cost of her proposals and that we ourselves would order them in the city - she disappeared and we didn’t see her at all, which was a complete disgrace. All problems and questions that arose. - we had to decide for ourselves and we have never met such an attitude towards our tourists. We will try not to have any more business with the travel agency NATALIE. As for the accommodations. - I liked everything. We lived in buildings 7 and 9. The view is amazing from the 4th floor. -straight but beautiful swimming pool and the ocean is visible from the side in 50-80 meters.
