The hotel was chosen based on reviews that are not true. Garbage at the entrance to the hotel smells terrible. They paid extra for a superior room, but they put us in a standard room, they said that there were no other rooms and we would be moved to a superior room in two days. We booked the hotel for a week and the basic rooms were not offered to pay extra for the superior, which we did. As a result, we lived 8 days in a standard room, no one apologized to us and did not give compensation. The bathroom smells like sewerage, there is no hair dryer, the linen is dirty and torn, the plumbing is rusty, everything is in sealant, they clean it daily - nowhere worse. In reality, the beach is not 50 meters, but 500, through which you need to go through the garbage dump and at every step the Thais block the road offering taxis, Russian menus and other crap. The hotel has no territory, next to the noise from the construction site. Across the street from the hotel is a school where drumming starts at 7.30 in the morning, so you don't need to set an alarm clock. When leaving the hotel, we were forced to pay for a hair dryer, which this hotel does not have at all 1500 baht, otherwise they did not release the time, it was 5 in the morning and we could not get through to the guide.
