And it’s better to take a bike with a license), from 10 am to 6 pm every 2-3 hours (according to the schedule) a free bus runs from the hotel and from dirty Patong beach, taxi or tuk-tuk 200 baht (to the neighboring Karon beach - 300 baht), 15 minutes to the market. But due to the remoteness it is quiet and calm here. Since the hotel is located on a steep hill, be prepared that upon returning from excursions you will not be taken to the hotel, but dropped off at the foot (you will have to climb 300 meters into a very (!!!! ) steep mountain. Yes, even from excursions purchased from the tour operator). The rooms are houses (2 rooms in the house), which offer a simply gorgeous view of Patong, the sea is also visible. In the new year, all the fireworks are visible. The rooms are spacious, toilet and shower combined. . The room has a huge bed, which consists of two mattresses, above it there is a canopy for the interior, a small refrigerator, a TV, a bedside table, a ladies table with a mirror, a pouffe, a small table is also built into the corner, air conditioning, telephone, kettle, hair dryer. There is also a closet, but it is located in the dressing room of the shower-toilet, and there, I note, it is always humid despite the existence of the hood. The room has a safe, you need to ask for a lock for it at the reception. VERY dim lighting, you can open spacious windows, but this way you will be seen by other vacationers, passing by in their rooms. Breakfasts in the restaurant from 6:30 to 10:30 as a buffet are delicious, varied. The staff is kind, welcoming, friendly, speaks English well. Average WiFi, minibar (liter of water, 2 teas, 2 coffees a day for free). Swimming pool with a beautiful view, sun loungers, terrace or balcony near the room. They cleaned the room every day, changed towels, shower accessories, ants appear in the room.

great hotel, food, service and staff are excellent. It is very convenient to take a motorbike and not depend on the bus schedule that goes to the beach every 2 hours. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable.

In general, a very good hotel. Main advantages: 1. Beautiful territory, excellent view from the window, from the restaurant, beautiful pool. Quiet, no motorbikes or disco-restaurant screams can be heard. 2. Polite, good staff, good service, changed towels every day, topped up gels, shampoos, etc.

2. Polite, good staff, good service, changed towels every day, topped up gels, shampoos, etc. Room cleaning is normal, nothing was missing from things (everything of value, however, was closed in a safe and in a suitcase with a combination lock : ) ).
Disadvantages:
1. The main disadvantage of the hotel is its location, it is far from the sea, it takes 20-25 minutes to walk. There is, of course, free delivery, a cat. runs every 2-3 hours, but the first "flight" is already at 10 am, i. e. if you want to get to the beach earlier - either walk for 20-25 minutes or negotiate with them for an additional fee. money (80 baht - basically not expensive) or a taxi or tuk-tuk. A couple of times the delivery did not come to the beach, then at the reception they, of course, apologized, but no one returned the money for the tuk-tuk : )
2. Breakfast is poor, the choice is small and every day is the same. Of course, you won’t stay hungry, but you wanted better, especially when talking on the beach with other visitors to the “troikas”, I found out that there is a better choice. You can choose one of the scrambled eggs / scrambled eggs / rice porridge, as well as tomatoes, cucumbers, bulg. pepper, cabbage, sauce, toast, 2 types of jam, tasteless buns of 2 types, cereals and something to them, pineapples, papaya, watermelon. And that's it. And more juicy coffee.

My husband and I met 2011 in this hotel. And they were delighted with the surrounding greenery, around palm trees of different varieties, singing birds. Especially from room 102, it is next to the pool and dining area, the bottom row. The entrance to the rooms is separate everywhere, in the form of a bungalow.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach, but there is a free (local) taxi that departs and arrives on schedule, except at night.
If we go to Phuket again, we will definitely go to this hotel)
