We booked a stay at P. S Hill Resort from 03/23/2015 to 03/26/2015. We had a serious incident at this hotel, which I simply have to report! The hotel has a free shuttle service from the hotel to Patong Beach. On the second day of our stay in the morning, we informed the reception staff that we were going to leave the beach at 14.00 and use this transfer (according to the hotel transfer schedule). At the indicated time, we were waiting for the shuttle bus, upon arrival the driver prevented us from going to the hotel, drove us out of the transport with loud screams. We used the police phone to contact the hotel. As a result, after 10 minutes, the same driver arrived again with shouts and obscene language in English. On the way to the hotel, he shouted, pointed his finger, looked at us intimidatingly. And since the shuttle bass was of an open type, we miraculously did not fall out of it, because the driver accelerated intensively all the way, overtook other road users in high gears, and abruptly moved from a place. In general, he did everything so that we fell out of the car! Arriving at the hotel, we decided to find out the situation. But literally pulling back and waving his fists in front of his face, trying to hit us, the driver shouted and insulted us in his own and in English. Waving his purse at me with shouts of "shut up", he did not let my mother and me say a word. Immediately acted out a scene with a call to the police. At the same time, the administrator present at the reception did not try to stop him by word or action. In reality, the situation is life-threatening. To be honest, it was very scary! The administrator in English asked us (!!! ) to calm down and go to the room!! ! At our meek question "what is happening and is it normal? ", she replied that everything is fine! At this noisy incident, none of the hotel staff asked or tried to help us. Trying to protect our lives, we retired to the room. A few minutes later, the same hotel administrator appeared at the door of the room with pieces of fruit on a plate. She explained the situation by saying that this driver did not know us by sight! But even the fact that the driver does not know me by sight does not give him the right to insult, humiliate and try to injure me. . None of the staff at this hotel has a name badge. In this hotel there is no security declared on the website, but there are CCTV cameras everywhere. I really hope the hotel manager sees the footage of that horrific incident. And I hope that driver did not delete the video of what happened! Since I noticed that he behaves very importantly, like a chef! He can sit at the reception for hours, watch movies, play games at the administrator's computer. The holiday was ruined, the experience was terrible. All stay in this hotel was accompanied by constant anxiety in my soul, and most importantly, fear for my life. I do not advise you to stay in this hotel, as it is really dangerous for life and health!
