Just returned with family from Thailand where we stayed at this hotel. In general, we can say that the week spent there turned out to be excellent. The hotel is spacious, but not too big, there is a playground. The beach is literally on the doorstep. There are also disadvantages, which are discussed below.

So what I didn't like:
There are not too many entertainments for children, besides, many of them are paid. However, the staff in relation to children is distinguished by amazing friendliness.
The pool has very sharp corners! And the water drain works very hard (may be dangerous for small children! ) There are no lifeguards. Also in the pool they saw some kind of scum, or foam - it could have been cleaner.
The staff was not always friendly. No, without any rudeness, just the faces were sometimes somehow "sour".
Far from shops.
What we liked:
Excellent location in terms of the sea. Lagoon, white sand (my wife especially liked it).
Good restaurants nearby. We went to Tawai (Thai) and Dedos (French).
Excellent room service! The rooms themselves were also very nice. True, we never found signs like "please clean the room. "
Well equipped gym.
In general, the hotel is quite good (and we may be a little too picky : ). I would also advise you to organize your vacation outside the hotel on your own - rent a car or motorcycle (we personally limited ourselves to a moped), excursions (we took Russian-speaking Thai Info on the advice of friends), etc.

A very good place, a large protected area surrounded by tropical vegetation. You can hear living creatures - birds, cicadas, frogs, which adds color) Villas are different in price and level. The pool is great, clean. The restaurant is very tasty, but besides the food included in the price, trying something else is a little expensive. It's much easier to walk around and you'll find plenty of local eateries down the street for cheaper, with the same varied menu.

Tip for choosing rooms and villas - the upper floors of the main building have a nicer view and are quieter. Upstairs there are also VIP rooms with their own pool. The villas are different, there are private ones, you can’t see anyone around there at all.
