One of the few hotels where you want to return again. I traveled with my husband and 5 year old child. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children, especially small ones. There is also a playground for them, although there are only a couple of swings and slides for very little ones, the hotel has an excellent pool with a sandy bottom, it may well replace the sea on some days. The hotel is large and beautiful, close to the airport, another plus. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, an hour later we were in the room, although the check-in itself should be at 2 pm. We booked a superior pool view room, settled in building 4, just the view from the balcony on the second floor was of the sandy pool. Immediately leaving the building, you can walk along the shade to the beach, and in just 5 minutes. The room for three people is very spacious, the furniture is not quite new, but the main thing is clean. Two beds side by side. One large double bed and next to it is a full-fledged adult bed, on which the child slept, very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing, to the mountains. They cleaned cleanly, constantly replenished the tea and coffee set, brought two bottles of water to the room, and bathroom accessories. The air conditioner worked quietly, you can’t hear the neighbors, it’s quiet in the room, the birds are chirping outside the window, beauty. There is a small refrigerator, fruit was stored there, a TV set with 3 Russian channels, a free safe, only the Internet is paid, but we basically don’t use it on vacation, and we were warned about this in advance, there were no inconveniences. Although the hotel is not on the most crowded beaches, the infrastructure nearby is good, and we liked the beach more than everyone else in Phuket. There are no sun loungers, but towels at the hotel can be taken and changed as needed. There is a shadow on the beach from the trees, and there is also a shower, which was not seen on others. The entrance to the water is excellent, gentle, the water is very clean and without any living creatures. There are a lot of macaroons, you can buy lunch or dinner and, without hesitation, come to the hotel and eat at the table, almost everyone does this, no one in the hotel will say a word to you for this. We often dined in the room. The hotel took only breakfast, it was enough for us. Breakfasts are mostly European cuisine, but there are also a few Thai dishes. Several types of fruit are always available, the rest is standard for all hotels, omelettes, pastries, cuts, however, everything is always tasty and fresh. The staff is pleasant, there is a Russian speaker at the reception, so even here the issues were resolved quickly. Yes, and in the hotel in the majority of the Russian-speaking contingent, it will not be boring. We are very pleased with the hotel, we will come here often now.
