We have stayed in this hotel for the second time. We visited last year and were so pleased that we returned again. The first reason is the beach, I think it is the best in Phuket. The infrastructure is poorly developed but the prices are cheaper. The beach is clean, there are few people as there are few hotels in the area. The sand creaks clean water. And the beach is about five minutes maximum ito from the far hull. The territory is green. The plants are well taken care of and you can see it right away. There are two pools, I really liked that in one of them an artificial sandy entry was made, but this pool is smaller than the second one, which is decorated with elephants. Beach towels free of charge, issued by the pool. Another advantage of this beach and the hotels located on it is the proximity to the airport. The journey took fifteen minutes. Upon arrival, we were settled almost immediately, we treated everyone at the reception with chocolates) In general, the people there are peculiar and proud, and if they smile and don’t shout, they will always and everywhere try to help you, at least even explain on your fingers what you want, they will try to understand you and not dismiss you. The only caveat with local taxi drivers is that they generally know what is where, but there are times that you need to tell how best to get there. Well, this is if you want to visit a special place. Upon check-in, a deposit is not required. The service is very good, the cleaning is of high quality, even the dust was wiped in the corners. The moment with the change of bed linen on the fourth day of our stay, we turned to change the linen. We were told that they would do it within a few hours, and so it was. So if you need to change the bed, just come up and talk. In general, a big hello to the staff and a huge thank you for the service! Thanks also to our new travel agent found by chance on the reviews turned and were very satisfied. The tour was picked up for ten minutes, the cost is cheaper than that of the operators, and it was immediately clear that the person is well versed in the features of resorts and hotels.
