All "rooms" (or it would be easier to call them houses) had a huge wooden kitchen with a gas stove and a tea and coffee set, there was also a large wooden table and the same chairs. Next came the living room with a wide sofa and a low table next to it, on the contrary there was a swimming pool and sun loungers - all this was practically in the open air. Further outside the door, already indoors, is a huge bedroom with an LCD TV and apple accessories for Internet access. Next to the bedroom is another door to the bathroom with a shared bathroom. The bath, of course, is amazing, with a jacuzzi, with a window to the garden. Opposite the bath is a shower, with all accessories. To be honest, I didn't want to leave the house at all. It was so beautiful and cozy there. Breakfast came to cook every morning (from 7 to 9, as you ask). But I strongly advise everyone to one cafe, if you go straight from the hotel, as you run into the main road, turn left. There, 20-30 meters away, there is a very good restaurant. Our friends who lived in another hotel came to us specifically to go there. Firstly, they cook very tasty food there, compared to other establishments (we really liked soups and salads), and secondly, the prices are about the same as in other places, but a little cheaper. The restaurant is always full in the evenings, but the waiters and chefs manage to serve everyone quickly and efficiently.
The beach is a stone's throw away, as usual, across the road.
The hotel is simply gorgeous for its money. I perfectly understand that we all do not rest in hotels in Thailand, so we choose more budget options, but for those who opted for Malisa Villa, I guarantee you will not regret it.
