I chose the hotel based on the location, I wanted a more or less clean beach and infrastructure. The hotel met these criteria. The three of us flew to one room, the rooms are spacious, we did not interfere with each other. Plumbing is normal, everything is clean. The only disadvantage of the location is the river, past which is the closest road to the beach. The river "smells", but since we understood that this was Asia, this did not bother us. Moreover, we rented a scooter and went to different beaches. Most of all I liked the beaches of Kata Noi and Karon. These beaches are easily accessible from this hotel. The hotel is worth its price. Recommend for a budget stay.
