We had a family vacation in this hotel in March 2018. A very cool hotel, everything is thought out as much as possible for the convenience of guests. Very clean, attentive and friendly staff. There are Russian managers at the reception, always ready to help, even with a nanny. In general, the rest of the staff speaks good English. Upon check-in, they take a deposit that you can spend in the bar or on the mini-bar in the room. The room has everything for comfort. The hotel itself is already old. The room is spacious but tired. Normal furniture. The bed is comfortable. I note the cleaning is already very good, and if you leave a tip, they will clean it twice a day and very carefully. There is an iron and ironing board. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, kettle. Small balcony. There is a dryer on the balcony. Bathroom set (shampoo, conditioner, shower cream and gel, soap) toothpaste with brush. The hotel area is amazing. Big and very beautiful. It is very pleasant to walk, there are chickens, roosters, a peacock, very cool! There are also many pools, there are three of them and all are shallow 120 cm maximum, which is very convenient with children. The decor is like a large garden with its own lagoon. The location is great! Nearby are many cafes, restaurants with local and Russian cuisine; markets with fruits and souvenirs. The beach is across the road. It's not hard to go. There is a special person who helps to cross the road by stopping cars. Minus one: naked beach, no umbrellas, no sunbeds. To rent, you will need to walk along the beach. Beach towels are provided by the pool. Good breakfasts. They cook delicious. There is a good selection of fruit porridge. But in general, the choice is not mega large. The hotel was chosen for a holiday for two, but families with children will also be comfortable here. There is a children's pool with slides. There is a playground. Small kids club. Live music every evening. But overall the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It makes no sense for those who like to hang out here. There is also a good gym and sauna. We chose the hotel to relax and this is a great place for this type of holiday. We have not been mistaken in the choice for a long time. It’s just that an excellent travel agent Dmitry Kukin has been picking up for us for a long time and buying tours from him. It will not be difficult for you to find him by the name of the surname through the search for friends on the VKontakte social network. The selection of the tour takes no more than 15 minutes and it is convenient to pay everything online. They stopped running around agencies a long time ago. Vacation was great as always!
