Good hotel with a convenient location and a large green area. Near the hotel there are a lot of restaurants, exchange offices, mini markets, a market. To the beach 300 meters about 5 minutes walking distance. On the territory of three pools there are slides for kids and a pool for relaxation where there are no children. There is a mini club and playground. Excellent varied breakfasts. Feeding children is not a problem. There are cereals, omelettes, pancakes, etc. There are both local and European dishes. The choice is good. You can take breakfast and dinner and change with lunch. Or full board, we personally stopped at breakfast, as there is a large selection of places to eat nearby, but the hotel also cooks perfectly. Wi-Fi in the lobby is free and the speed is normal and worked stably. Gym and table tennis for free. There is a sauna and massage but massage is more expensive than on the street. There are even some entertainment. They arrange themed parties, live music. For a child, you can call a nanny for an extra charge. We didn’t use this service, so I don’t know the exact cost. Nice rooms daily cleaning and linen change. The staff understands a little Russian and speaks good English. Very polite and never refuse to help. When you check in, they take a deposit, they removed it from the card, something about 150 euros, I don’t remember exactly. There is free parking so if you rent a car or a bike there is where to park. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to Patong and Phuket city for an additional fee, but we felt that it was unprofitable and inconveniently easier to chip in with someone and take a taxi. You can exchange money at the hotel, but the exchange rate is not better near the hotel either. You can play tennis at the hotel, but the rent is high, something like three hundred baht broke) Well, these are all trifles, but in general, a wonderful hotel for a family holiday.
