From the pros of the hotel, everything, and the minuses have not been found. We rested for the first time with a child with such a long flight, we decided and did not regret it at all. My son is already 8, so the flight endured relatively well. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, the flight was at night. I was immediately struck by the attitude of the staff, all with joyful smiles, like meeting old friends)). They immediately suggested that there was a coffee machine with free coffee right at the reception, and it was convenient and the coffee was always good, plus some snacks there all the time, a very nice little thing. As a coffee lover for me, this is just a salvation. The hotel is spread out on a slope, on several tiers. With a stroller, it is better to take rooms on the ground floor, but for everyone else there is an elevator, and if you don’t want to walk, then you can use it without any problems at any time. There are several excellent and deep pools, all clean and near the lower one there is a good bar with reasonable prices. It was nice to lie on a sunbed with a cocktail, and all the more so since there were always enough sunbeds, and most vacationers spent almost all the time on the beach. The beach is 5 minutes away, through a busy road, but a person from the hotel always helped us to cross the road. It's safer and more convenient that way. The hotel is almost at the end of the beach, and there are not so many people, and the beach itself seemed cleaner. For the sake of interest, we went to other popular beaches in Phuket, it's just tin, ours was the best! And the hotel has one nice feature. Despite the fact that it is in a quiet place, there are inexpensive cafes nearby, a fruit market, an excellent seafood cafe at a nice price. Moreover, the prices in the hotel itself are not much different from the street prices. We often ate at the hotel. We took a tour with breakfast only, although we were advised to take dinner with a child, they can always be changed at the hotel for lunch. Next time we'll do just that. Too bad they didn't take the advice. The staff and cleanliness of the restaurant are perfect. The tablecloths hurt the eye with whiteness, the plates already creak, and the staff tries to please and always with a smile. Most of the dishes are European, but Thai cuisine was not complete without. A good choice, everything is fresh, a lot of fruit, and the breakfast itself lasts quite a long time, so you can come at least at 7 or at 10, and there will be the same set and everything is still hot or cold, depending on the dish. Well done! With a strong desire, you simply cannot find any cons, keep up the good work, and you will have a queue of satisfied customers!
