Came to Thailand for the first time. After a flight at 10 o'clock and a sleepless night, we finally got off at the airport in Phuket. We immediately appreciated the speed of the customs corridor and baggage claim. I did not often go on vacation abroad, but compared to the airports in Egypt and Cyprus, everything went faster here. I also liked that they give out free sim cards right at the airport. Let there be money for one call, but you no longer have to run and look for these cards! Guides from the host side quickly seated us in small buses and we set off on our way to our hotel. About an hour later we drove into Patong! Five minutes later, we were told that we had arrived. Bel Aire Resort is a hotel consisting of two six-story buildings. On the seventh floor in both buildings are small pools with jacuzzis. Around the pools are sun loungers and there are several umbrellas. The dining room is located on the fifth floor of one of the buildings, from the second building it was necessary to go outside and go to the first building. We only had breakfast included. . The breakfasts themselves are standard: eggs in their various manifestations, vegetables, fruits (pineapples and watermelons), ham, sausages, Thai pasta, some other Thai dishes, croutons, toasts, jams, tea, coffee, juices and etc. As for the rooms. The rooms are spacious enough. The room has a shower, telephone, TV, in general, a standard set. Towels were changed every day, linen was changed twice in 14 days. My husband and I enjoyed everything! The only BUT that bothered us at first was the musty smell and dampness. When we entered the room, we did not close the doors, but at night we locked ourselves with a chain and opened the door. In short, this circumstance did not bother us much! We liked the hotel! And the overall impression of the country we have the most wonderful!
