We flew from September 2 to September 13.2012. I never met Russians at the hotel. The hotel is more suitable for active and sightseeing holidays. The hotel is located two minutes from Bangla Road and only three minutes from the Jantseylon Mall. To the sea by bangle 7 min. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were settled immediately, we didn’t expect anything at 10.00, when we arrived. the room was cleaned daily, nothing was touched . . there was no theft. Wi-fi is free, there is a computer in the lobby. Breakfasts are standard, they are the same everywhere - vegetables, fruits, cereals with milk, scrambled eggs / scrambled eggs, rice / noodles, sausages, butter and jams, tea and coffee, etc. , what else do you need... We personally ate enough! We swam on the beach, which is located at the other end of Patong Beach, it took half an hour, there was water to swim with a mask to see the underwater world, it was great. In general, we were completely satisfied with the rest, take a good mood with you and your vacation will be wonderful!

Our room had a fabulous view of the sea from the balcony, it was nice to sit there in the evening, drinking cocktails. Our room had a fabulous view of the sea from the balcony, it was nice to sit there in the evening, drinking cocktails. The room is generally class: spacious, two beds are pushed into one and a comfortable sofa for our son, an electric kettle, a free safe, a refrigerator, and more. Every day the room was well cleaned, towels and linen were changed, we had no complaints about the service! I liked the food very much, everything is delicious and every day a large assortment of dishes, we ate at the restaurant: the room was comfortable, always clean, there were no queues, meat dishes, fish, and chicken were served, there were also various side dishes, salads, a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables . The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful people, they always help in everything. This place is great with kids. ours broke a glass in the room, the maid came, brought a new one, collected all the pieces and just smiled! Thank you very much for such an attitude! The sea is just a fairy tale, the beach is good. In general, the holiday was a success!

1. We ordered a tour through the Pegasus tour company and the hotel was declared as 4 * and not as 2 *, and the hotel was supposedly only a year old. Well, in fact, the hotel was a year after the repair and all that... the photos on the Pegasus links were generally a different hotel that was nearby - ANDAKIRA, and not Barami, the pool is just ridiculous and I have never seen at least someone swimming there, in saunas and even more there is a pool
2. the rooms are very small (I have something to compare with) We went to visit Karon Beach and there was a 3 * hotel and the room was larger than ours
3. Upon arrival, we were told that toothbrushes and paste are not included and go buy yourself (shampoo + soap + toilet paper were in place)
4. there was no mini bar in the room either, which was immediately raised by hotel employees and at first they smiled and said everything was okay... but there was a huge scandal when leaving and they claimed that the mini bar was originally !!!
5. the room was 520 and was located on the 5th floor where there was no elevator and the ladder leading to the top is so narrow that it is very difficult to go there with a suitcase, either in front or behind it had to be dragged
