We only stayed in this hotel for 3 days. In our tour (Phuket - Samum - Phuket) this hotel was the last checkpoint)
The first impression was great - very nice big rooms, big TV, several Russian channels, free wi-fi, breakfast is good, varied. The territory of the hotel is very nice, three-level pool.
We were settled right in front of the pool, in general, at first everything was pleasant.
Now about what we saw later - about the cons. For some reason, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, eternal dampness, that’s why the whole shower stall is in the fungus ((The air conditioner in the room barely works, the pool is not cleaned at all. They just put bleach on at night.
chairs on the balcony of some kind of dirty color. The sun loungers around the pool are falling apart.
And at night, when we were leaving, they did not give us breakfast with us. as it turned out later it had to be ordered in advance, but no one warned us. (although maybe it's the guide's fault, I don't know) but the unpleasant aftertaste still remained.
