- for the new year (Chinese) there were a lot of Chinese. Lost wifi.
-opposite there was a construction site - dusty (but this is temporary).
+/- to the sea 15, but rather still 20 minutes. but such a walk is pleasant, so rather "+" than "-". The fastest way is through the clothing market.
In December we will fly again, God willing, and again to this hotel. So my wife liked it. We have been to Thailand many times in Pattaya and Krabi. From here it is most successful to "Go" to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
