Cleaned every day, bed linen changed every 3 days, also put 2 bottles of water. In the evening there was live music with karaoke. Good location, near the market where we took shrimp and red fish.

Also near bangla road, walking distance to the sea 15 min.
Cons: room changed 2 times. The first time we were settled on the second floor, closer to the road. Very noisy, impossible to sleep! The windows are old. There is a polyclinic nearby and an ambulance drives back and forth all night. We stayed for two days, realized that it was no longer possible and asked to change the number. We were moved close to the elevator, it became quieter, but another problem arose - something was constantly rattling in the wall, it looked like a fan from the air conditioner, it became even more impossible to sleep. Again they were asked to move.
We were informed that in a couple of days a quiet room would be released (next to the elevator) and we would be relocated. We were looking forward to : )) That long-awaited day came and we happily entered the new "mansions" : )))) where there was a leaky mattress from which a thick piece of wire stuck out which was unrealistic to bend, we solved the problem by putting a cap on it : )) In the room it was really much quieter and now it was possible to sleep : ) Several times huge cockroaches ran into the room, the size of half the palm of your hand. The first time we were scared (we thought a mouse slipped through), but then they even amused me a little : )))) If only they didn’t run over us at night, although there was 1 time : )))) There really is nowhere to dry things, there is no balcony, I used a hanger for clothes and dried right in the closet or on the door handle. Wi-fi in the first two rooms worked well, in 3 rooms only while sitting on the toilet : ))))). There is a small swimming pool on the roof, you didn't want to swim in it.
I can’t recommend this hotel and I won’t go to it myself anymore, on vacation I still don’t want to solve any problems and waste my time on it.

We stayed at this hotel in May. We liked the location. Near shops, bangla road, clubs, restaurants. The staff is friendly, responsive. We were given an improved room because the travel agency where we bought the tour made a note to us that we were newlyweds. Use life hack))

The hotel is good location excellent located not far from the sea and most importantly at night it is quiet calm but immediately discuss with the operator the presence of a balcony you can ask to change it on the spot but this is an additional cost

Upon arrival, I was given a room with a view of the blank wall of the neighboring hotel. Claass. But contacting the reception, with a request to change the room, they changed it for me without any altercation. The bathroom in the room is simple and unpretentious. Washbasin, curtained shower and toilet. Everything is clean. The room was cleaned every day, towels and bedding changed every other day, but if necessary, then every day. Also, 2x0.6 bottles of drinking water are left in the refrigerator, because. tap water cannot be drunk. The room also has a TV with many channels and only 2 Russian ones, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a kettle, a hairdryer, and a couple of mugs. The bed is the same as in the 2-seater, i. e. big.
In principle, it is clean, I did not see cockroaches and other living creatures.
Because I took the tour with breakfast, then from 6-30 to 10-00 you could safely come and have breakfast. Not portioned, but as they say "until you burst. " And believe me, there are plenty to choose from.
The beach is not far, from the hotel to the left and to the first turn to the right, and there, without turning anywhere, go straight to the second coastal street, you can get to the famous street called Bang La road, which you can cross to get to Patong Beach. In total, the road takes 15-20 minutes, it all depends on how fast you move and how many vehicles are on the streets.
In principle, I liked it, even though everything in the area is being built up, but the noise from the construction site was not heard in the room.
The overall impression of the hotel was good.

What is good - breakfasts - without perversions, but satisfying, eat at least burst, everything is fresh and necessary for a good morning. I note that in many hotels (our friends lived in Platinum) breakfasts are portioned, the food is scarce and in one hand, a healthy Ukrainian peasant will not be enough.

The location also arranged for 100% - a quiet place, walking around you can get around all the places of interest without tension. Patong-on beach is Patong, there were once and then not for long. Hanging out on Surin, I highly advise, the vaunted Kata and Karon do not go to the share. we went to the beach by Tuk-Tuk, this is the main item of expenditure on the island. Motsyk is much cheaper, but for the purpose of security, SOFTLY - SPEAKING I do not advise, the boys (45 years old, but very young and cool) were punished one day and, taking into account the emotions of the girls (also the same, only even cooler) decided that it was useless to us! Movement for extremals to the nth degree. I do not advise. Returning to the hotel, I’ll tell you about the shortcomings - since we were in the room for 6-7 hours and then at night, the smell of dampness in the bathroom (mold on the curtain) was not a particular problem and did not particularly interfere with our outdoor activities. I will say more - initially paid for 2 days in this hotel in the hope of finding something better. But they pushed around and decided, again because of the price, to stay there. This hotel is optimal for tourists, without dislocations, whose goal is to see the islands and relax not on the bed in the room. The staff is really no, you won’t see much smiles, but this is Asia, everything is in its own order. If there are no problems, everything is OK, and if they arise, these are your problems, you are NOT INTERESTED IN ANYBODY. Knowledge of English and preparation for the trip, in terms of information from other tourists, can significantly narrow the range of inconveniences and problems that may await in this camp, which is impossible not to love, but I repeat, you need to be prepared for Asia!
