Stayed at the hotel for Chinese New Year. We rested with Biblioglobus. Everything is expected here. Fast and on time. Same with the carrier. What can you say about the hotel? Impressions are twofold. The hotel itself is new. The room is wonderful. Very interestingly designed. Since the hotel is brand new, all furniture, appliances and plumbing are in good condition. Breakfast is normal and varied. For all tastes. Although maybe this is due to the large number of Chinese guests? However, everything related to relaxing by the pool is puzzling. There are three pools on site. There are very few sunbeds and sun loungers. More precisely, there are very few sun loungers, and there are no sun loungers at all. Umbrellas are not enough even for a meager number of sunbeds. And there are even fewer soft mattresses for sunbeds. This is where the problems start. Tourists try to "take" sunbeds as early as possible. Already from 6-00. However, towels at the pools begin to be issued only after 8-00. Therefore, everyone just takes beach towels to the room in the evening, so that in the morning they can use them to "occupy" the sunbeds. But here the interesting begins. There are no clothes dryers on the balconies of the rooms. Therefore, all beach towels, as well as everything that requires drying, from swimsuits, shorts and socks, are hung on the railings of balconies! However, rinsing off salt and sand while walking from the beach is also a problem. At the entrance there are two foot-washing baths. The shower, which would wash off the salt, is far from the entrance already behind the pool and is extremely peculiar. A sort of lady with a jug. Compelling but not very functional. With the staff, the same impressions are ambivalent. Very friendly staff at the reception. The same that is busy with the maintenance of the territory and pools is extremely unfriendly. The area is dirty. Garbage is simply swept into the lawns. In the green bushes there are cigarette butts, packages, scraps of packaging,... Sad in a word. The area between the entrance from the beach and the pool apparently was not cleaned when! Since there is no shower at the entrance, the site is covered in sand and small debris. Sticks very well to bare heels. The hotel is located three hundred meters from Tepraya street. There is a golf cart to carry vacationers from the hotel to the street, but the staff does not offer this service very tactfully. And the golf cart stands modestly on the sidelines, and vacationers walk to the street and back. Maybe this is a feature of the hotel, a kind of recreation - hiking? The Internet is also very strange. It's only in the hotel lobby. Looks strange. The entire lobby is crammed with vacationers who "sit" on the Internet!
