Initially, the "cons": far from the tuk-tuk - walk 20-25 minutes. The hotel does not have an elevator. But after a couple of days they got used to going up to the 4th floor without him. The main "minus" - the hotel does not have a pool. Although in those hotels where we stayed before, the pool was open only until 19-00.
Now the "pros": 3 minutes walk to the sea, which covers such a "minus" as the lack of a pool. Breakfast at the hotel can be ordered at any time - from morning to late evening. That is, if you go on an excursion early in the morning, you can eat it upon returning to the hotel. Breakfast is not a buffet. The first 22 items on the menu are free. If you want more variety - you can pay and get any dish. Your laundry will be free of charge at the hotel. Every day, returning to the hotel, we handed over our clothes for washing, which, in the local climate, were wet with sweat. There are several massage parlors across the road. Up the street is a small inexpensive market for locals. On the neighboring Soi 6 (10 minutes walk) there is a rather large "Russian" market. Right next to the market there is a "Russian" street, where the most favorable exchange rate is. The rooms are spacious, LCD TVs, with a large screen. You can connect flash drives to it and watch movies that you brought with you. On TV you can find 3 Russian channels, but the channels are local, with long advertisements. Each room has a small safe, which is very convenient. Money and documents can be left in the room in a safe without worrying about their safety. A huge plus is the Russian hostess. The woman is very friendly and helpful. Will help solve any problem, give useful advice if you need it. On the 8th of March, she made a gift to her wife in the form of a basket of exotic fruits for us. They parted as family when they left.
