Обманщики! Deceivers!

We have never been so brazenly deceived! The staff of The Green Park Resort Pattaya are liars and deceivers! We stayed at the hotel from 4.11. 19 to 8.11. 19. Upon departure, early in the morning, we waited a very long time for our room to be accepted, although the transfer minibus had been waiting for a long time. When patience was running out, the man at the counter announced that we drank the water from the minibar and we were charged 43 ThB more! We did not touch the mini-bar in principle, and even more so the water! Yes, and left in the room 2 bottles of free water untouched! Taking advantage of the fact that a minibus is waiting for us and we are late, the staff probably decided to earn extra money like that! It was insulting and unpleasant to understand that you can be deceived out of the blue! I'd rather leave 100 baht for a tip than pay 43 baht for cheating!

Don't trust anyone there, take a photo of the minibar when you check in, or better yet, choose another hotel! It is not so good that they wipe their feet on you, blatantly deceive and spoil the impressions of your vacation! The hotel staff are LIARS AND LIERS!! ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

By the way, this is not the only negative, there are many of them. And another big negative memory - this is one of the nights, right under the windows, on the chaise longues by the pool, some men (definitely not Russian-speaking), 7-8 people, staged a night session, revelry. Loudly, with screams, laughter, defecation either under the balcony or in the pool, until 4 in the morning the whole hotel was not allowed to sleep. The staff and the administration did not respond to appeals. So think, settle in this hotel or save your nerves and impressions about the country ...They dishonor their hospitable country!
