ужасно terrible

rested in November, the weather and the sea are beautiful, but the hotel is just awful! Unfriendly staff, bed linen was not changed, except for towels (bed linen was simply smoothed, pretending to be changed), the floor was washed without even moving the ottoman, shower over the toilet, so everything was in the water, soap, shampoo was given 1 time, toilet paper and they gave me water. The worst thing is the cockroaches that ran all over the room, in the hallway, and even on the staff cart, which contains bed linen. Breakfasts from 8.00 are monotonous, third-party vacationers (foreigners) came who paid 100 baht and had breakfast until 8.00, but they didn’t let us in, pointing at the clock. We went on an excursion, gave a sandwich with sausage and that's it, and tourists from other hotels had a big breakfast with them, including fruits, water, etc. There is a noisy cafe nearby, so there is noise until 4 in the morning, the infrastructure is all nearby: an exchange office, seven-eleven, pharmacies, a festival center, tuk-tuks. We will never go to the Savasdi hotel system again!
