At the reception, they were in no hurry to solve this problem, they pointed us to the cleaning staff, so she will open your door for you))))) I was shocked, I had to bang my fist on the reception desk and only then the Thai worker went to solve our problem!! ! It turned out that the batteries in the door were dead and they dismantled the door for 2 hours. As a result, it took a whole day in total, it was not very pleasant. We were not the only ones affected, but 6.7 more families.... Ants and large flying cockroaches will also live in the rooms with you.... Let's move on))) Food: I was surprised that they give out coupons for breakfast, I travel for a long time and quite often, I have never come across coupons in any country))) Everything is monotonous and meager, for example, a child has nothing to eat, only cereal corn with cold milk, I had to personally ask the waiter every day to warm up the milk, and then wait about 30 minutes for it to be brought, and so on for 14 days. There is no boiling water and no hot milk for general use, apparently they were afraid that they would drink all the supplies))) Aladyev will be baked and put 5-6 pieces on a tray, and the next display will be in 15 minutes))).....I treat food absolutely evenly, but since I had to feed the child for a long time, I watched every day the behavior of the staff in laying out food products, and I got the opinion that we are all in this hotel not on vacation for our own money, but in prison, where everything is on coupons and counted by grams, look, don’t bite dear))) You can’t take anything with you, they will immediately bring you a table written in Russian text that this is theft and a fine of 250 baht, Ha Ha, it would be better if you run hot milk like that brought))).....Swimming pool, just "blue lagoon"!! ! You can look at it only in the evening, when it has already darkened, and then, if you look closely, you can see fatty stains on the surface of the water, and there is sand at the bottom))). . . Sea: the sea is dirty, it is better to go to other beaches for extra money. . . Internet: In this hotel you will be offered wi-fi for 100 baht, the cheapest, but no one will say that it works once, i. e. you went in once and if you suddenly left the reception for 5 minutes, then it will no longer work, everything, the money burned.... Bottom line: it's up to you, of course, dear tourists, but in my opinion it's better to choose another hotel, especially those who are planning a vacation with children !! ! It is not clear why I paid more than a hundred thousand rubles for this hotel for two adults and one child!! ! Good luck and have a great holiday!! ! Oksana
