My husband and I returned from vacation today. Timson86 wrote in his review that the hotel is only 3 years old, but this is not so. The hotel has been open since 2007.
We were met by the guides of "Sayama Travel" special thanks to them: they performed their duties very clearly, always arrived on time, and if they were suddenly delayed for some reason, they were sure to warn us.
The hotel staff is very polite and always ready to help solve any difficulties that a tourist has in a foreign country. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. They put fresh flowers in the room. (A trifle, but nice.
food for every taste. a lot of different fruits.
The hotel is completely relaxing: calm music plays, no one is in a hurry, everything is quiet and calm.
I can write a lot of positive things. The hotel is super.
From the minuses - only that there is no free internet, but this is not a problem, there is a "botany beach" hotel nearby. which is not as fancy, with a smaller pool, smaller rooms, but free internet, where you can go if internet is needed on vacation.
