We lived in this hotel from 18.12. 11 to 02.12. 12. At first everything was fine, the room was quite comfortable, the reception was polite, the breakfasts were of course monotonous, but it was not important for us. The beach is not a 10 minute walk, but at least 30!!!!! ! Upon arrival at this hotel - a deposit of 500 baht! The problems started when we broke a glass - we were charged a fine of 200 baht. But.... when we left the hotel at the airport at 8-20, the reception kept our deposit in full!! ! like we didn't pay for a broken glass!! ! when we began to convince that we had paid for everything before, they brought us from our room Allegedly our sheet with a rust stain !!! ! Transfer guide Dima (Destination Paradise company - PAKS tour operator in Moscow) frankly did not want to help us, and generally said, if we continue to demand our deposit, he will leave us and the bus will leave without us. And the hotel manager frankly directly sent us to our tour operator, the cat, according to him, can solve our problem. And the guide said that he would not do anything! It's a shame that this situation just spoiled the attitude towards the country. No more foot in Pattaya! PS. Two more couples left the hotel with us - and everyone had fines - one had a towel-cat in the same rust as our sheet - 200 baht, the other had a broken glass-cat they didn’t break! Never choose this hotel - if you do not want to spoil the impression of the rest before departure!
