Отель симпатичный, но персонал - жулики! The hotel is cute but the staff are crooks!

The hotel is nice, located in the center of the city. At first we really liked it. Cozy, clean....
But 2 days before departure, money disappeared from our room! we contacted the reception. But it was of little use, they barely speak English. referred to the fact that the manager will give and talk to the maid they say! on the second day no change! And in addition to everything, this time another amount of money was gone! We were outraged! Lawlessness! Of course, no one returned the money to us, because the maid, shedding crocodile tears in the aboriginal language, assured us that she didn’t take anything for herself! But a couple from Moscow was resting with us and they flew out 4 days later than us, so the "GOOD" hotel staff told them that the guys drank alcohol from the minibar (considering that they naturally didn’t drink it ! ! when they refused to pay, the Thais immediately intimidated police. In general, the guys had to pay for alcohol and leave this wonderful hotel with a very "good" impression!
