Just arrived from Thailand, rested there already 3 times. The hotel was advised by a travel agency and recommended as a hotel at the Royal Cliff level. There was some truth in this, but very little.
The advantages of the hotel include its silence, beautiful interior and the fact that the hotel is new and the furniture has not worn out. Excellent service, all the staff were trained by the famous Sofitel (hotel service around the world) for 2 years. And then disappointments came.
The pool is small, both upper and lower, there is simply nowhere to swim, by the way, it is also small. The hotel is a little removed from the roads and you just can’t wait for a tuk-tuk, and their hotel rooms break a terrible price. True, we decided this issue simply - we rented a motorcycle.

And the worst thing is the food. I never thought it was possible to feed like in Garden Cliff! Every day is the same!! ! Even sausages are the same! Three days later we didn't want to go there at all. Everything is tasteless and so small, as if they feel sorry for the food. And in the end, we also stole a helmet from a motorcycle right in the hotel parking lot !! ! And they said it wasn't their problem. There was a terrible aftertaste and anger at myself for choosing this hotel. By the way, there is a stupid joke in the interior - a window from the toilet to the bedroom ! ! What did they want to see there? Overall a good hotel, but we won't go again.
