Ужасный отель! Terrible hotel!

The hotel has rooms with NO windows. such rooms cost 2 thousand less than those with windows. we decided NOT to SAVE on the windows, paid extra, God bless them, with 2 thousand! at the entrance to the room you must pay a deposit, which you at the end (as we were told, will be returned). the deposit costs 100 dollars, or 1000 baht, or 5000 rubles. how to pay, you choose. just went in, turned on the light, as cockroaches rushed in all directions to run in different corners in the toilet! told the guide about this, to which he told us that this is normal for this hotel, just learn to live with cockroaches !! ! We certainly did not expect such a spectacle! we never pay attention to the furniture, but who cares, everything is already shabby, the tiles in the bathroom are upholstered, the towels are gray and washed out. there is a very small shabby pool which is on the 2nd floor and closes at 7pm!! ! there is FREE WIFI! BUT! with such an Internet, we could not even load the start page in contact, not to mention calling somewhere on WhatsApp! used the Internet on a local SIM card for 89 baht per week. By the way, the speed is decent! the only good thing was the breakfast. there was also an incident from which we are still in shock! during the next cleaning, they took away 2 bathroom towels from us, and did not put new ones in return. for some reason we didn’t even think to complain about it right away, we decided that they would put it on the next day. in the end, while we were on a trip to the river Kwai (for 2 days), we were sent a notice that 2 bathroom towels were missing in our room. we went to the reception, described the situation, to which they smiled sweetly and said that tomorrow they would put towels on us and that's it. . . in the end, when we left the hotel, we were not returned the deposit (1000 baht) and counted another 600 baht on top. and moreover, 1600 baht for 2 old gray towels that disappeared!! ! when we were indignant that we didn’t take them, they smiled sweetly and said, well, we’re giving you a discount: 1300 baht))) we almost clapped our hands from “joy” that they gave us SUCH a discount!
