We went for the first time, got here, because there were no more acceptable options. Initially settled in a new building in a room without windows, the next day they moved to a nearby hotel and only on the third! day we settled in a normal room. Room on the 5th floor, there is a safe, refrigerator, hair dryer, telly. The water barely flows, but it is visible in all hotels in Thailand. Cleaned every day, no comments. As for ants, don't leave food out in the open. The staff is friendly, not pushy. Breakfast is edible, though after 3-4 days they became boring. The windows overlooked the pool and, despite the 5th floor, in the evenings (sometimes at night) there were drinking parties of our tourists. The sea is across the road, but only those who have not seen the real sea swim there (I also climbed there on the first day), it is better to go to the islands to swim. We liked the location of the hotel - relatively close to the center, there are much fewer people in the evenings, a snack without problems - full of shops, small shops, prices are more than reasonable. If you use the hotel as the main base, where things, money are stored and where you can come after excursions and take a break, then it suits you completely. Since we went on excursions and only spent the night at the hotel, everything suited us.
