The hotel is cozy, quiet, the rooms are clean (no cockroaches and other things), they are cleaned every day, the furniture is new, not shabby like in some hotels, the staff is always smiling, friendly, although they don’t understand Russian, but you can explain in sign language, and who knows English. possible in English. There is no territory as such, there is a swimming pool, sun loungers for free. But the most important thing (although who goes for what) is very close to Beach Road, i. e. beach street, entertainment street, where there are many cafes, bars, clubs. To Walking Street you need to go by tuk-tuk about 5-7 minutes from the hotel.
