We have already been to Thailand many times both in Pattaya and on the islands, but this was the first time in this hotel. I must say right away that this is the best hotel we have ever been in Thailand. First of all, because of the magnificent territory. Everything else was nice too. Before the trip, we read many reviews about the hotel in which there were different comments. They complained about poor cleaning in the rooms, lack of sun loungers near the pool, a large number of Chinese, etc. I must say right away that there was nothing like that. The rooms are excellent, they cleaned very well, every day they left free water and fruits in the room, although we did not stint on tips, there are plenty of free sunbeds. In general, we chose a place for ourselves on a grassy lawn where, besides us, there were two more German families and felt like in a country house. The pool with an artificial river is just a fairy tale! I didn't even want to swim in the sea. The only drawback is that for 2 days there was a smell of sewage near the pool. Very large selection of food in the morning for breakfast. We dined in restaurants outside the hotel, so much cheaper and more interesting. The Internet in the room was free, but only on one device, so we bought a local SIM card for 2 weeks for $ 10 and through an access point we had Internet on two phones and two tablets not only in the hotel but throughout Thailand. The hotel really regularly hosts Indian weddings, but this did not cause any concern, on the contrary, it was interesting to watch these colorful ceremonies with elephants, colorful costumes, etc. There was no loud music and noise at night. In connection with the Chinese New Year, there was a large influx of Chinese, but we did not experience any discomfort from this. At the reception, the staff is English-speaking, only on one shift there was a Russian-speaking girl. In general, we are delighted with the hotel and recommend it to everyone.
