After recounting the money, they found that each vacationer did not have 200 dollars. At the same time, there were notes in the envelopes with banknote numbers. Absolutely nothing to be afraid of. They stole 400 bucks and did not even blink an eye when we made a claim at the reception. There is only one answer - they do not steal from us. The representative of the Pegas Touristik company did not provide any assistance in resolving the situation, although at the information meeting she spoke a hundred times about the need to keep money in a safe. The guide explained that she would not be at the hotel at all on the day of the theft and the day of our departure. And in general, she suggested that we spent the money ourselves and simply forgot! Just audacity! The police promised to find everything!! ! Haha! Our other tourists lost Russian money! Vacation was ruined! I strongly recommend to refrain from trips to this hotel!
